Service is HORRIBLE!. My husband and I asked for a quote for a large quantity of several items. We were told to call back in two days as our quote will be submitted to bid room for better pricing. Its been a week and we still can't get a quote. Every time I call I get transferred to practically everyone in store. Whats the deal!.

Just wow… management has to do something about staff picking up their phone. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for days. I recall jokingly last time I went in to customer service, I go tot hem”you guys don’t pick up your phones, so you” she smiled and didn’t answer. My gawd!!!!
