From the moment I connected with them, everything moved smoothly. Quincy, who helped me throughout the process, was incredibly professional, communicative, and genuinely kind. You could tell he cared about getting things back to normal for us, and that made all the difference.

What started as a disaster ended with my kitchen restored and brand-new cabinets installed. I can’t thank Inland Water Damage enough for helping me through such a tough time. Inland Water Damage did an amazing job helping me with my mold issues when my house got flooded at first I didn't know what to do. Until I called Inland Water Damage Restoration. Quincy walked me through step by step on what they had to do in order to get all the mold out my walls and wood floor. Michael and David where very professional and very polite .They moved what needed to be moved in order to get to the problem. This crew right here helped my family and I so much! We are so grateful for Quincy and all that he did for us. We had a huge leak going on and it caused mold to grow rapidly. I called him and he immediately came out and assessed the problem. He was able to get our insurance to cover everything, he’s just a miracle worker. I had a leakage and I noticed when my carpet was soaked as I woke up in the morning. I called many companies, but Inland Water Damage was the only one that responded ASAP as it was the weekend. Quincy works soo hard and he does everything very positively and happy and is very helpful with everything you can imagine. He goes out of his way to help and is always happy to do it with a smile. All his work he has done so far has been out of the way and perfect. I have not seen any flaw in his work this far! I just want to say, if you want to be satisfied and get the work done right and be pleased with positive hard working team, then go with Inland Water Damage. You wont' be disappointed.

Jessica and Her Staff Were and Are, My EARTH ANGELS!! These people are Hard working and So Flippin' HONEST! Some of them have been in Disastrous Situations themselves. So They Know Exactly what you may be going through. Their Plan of Operations is Amazing. They treated my belongings as if, they were their Own. They Treated me like a Queen. I would have been LOST, Without them. I didn't know at the time if I could Trust them or not. I was too Freaked out about my Fire. I asked GOD to show me the right thing to do. And just like THAT......Jessica took my Hands in Hers and asked if She could Pray with me. She didn't know that I had asked GOD. But I KNEW right then. Fire care' employees stolen the pairs of my new shoes, some of my spoons were missing, my bed got stained and many of my stuffs were missing after using my insurance to pay them for over $30,000 this is what I got. Get the money from your own Insurance and take care your own.

If you ever have a fire at your home call Fire Care! Jessica and her staff are the absolute best at what they do. I truly don't know what I would have done without them. They were there for us from the day after the fire until the day we moved back into our home, which was a whole year. They cleaned and stored all of my items and returned them to their proper place, like it never happened! These people really do CARE!!

My experience with Fire Care
Like most people are I was in shock and not knowing where to turn when my house fire happened. But here comes Fire Care; compassionate, professional and not pushy to make a sale. The team member explained resources and decision we would have to make. Praise to the team as a calm came into my chaos. I signed them on.
The people that came from Fire Care all had professionalism, tempered with consideration and concern. The heart of all of Jessica’s team players were awesome. Even though team members came from different walks of life they have an awesome working relationship and showed nothing but heart. Like I said I NEVER saw a poor attitude; just heart.
They treated our items as if they were their own treasured things. They packed quickly, so things could move on but with the same or better care than most people would pack their own items.
Jessica went the extra mile in making arrangements for our freezer to be placed where it could be left on. In doing so were able to keep our freshly filled freezer with organic meat.
Like I said they treat you special; and respect your life and belongings. My family could not say enough about Fire Care. We appreciate everything that they have done for us.
I know to some this may seem a bit over flowery, but I just don’t know how else to put it in words, how much my family was helped by these individuals.
