I called them to get a quote on yard clean up. They showed up the same day, very courteous. we walked the property and they took some pictures and left. I asked for a cost estimate on the work. They said they will send it to me. After a week, with two follow up calls/text, never heard from them again.

Look no further if you want trash removal in San Bernardino and surrounding areas. This family run business with great teamwork is the best and only place to call. They were on time and extremely willing to work with you to make sure the job gets done as you wanted. They were also mindful of your property and in our case taking extreme care in demolishing a shed and recommended leaving a wall up so as not to put a fence stucture in jeopardy. All this was done with a smile and a "no problem we'll take care of it attitude" even though it was 3 full loads!!

We used J&M Services on JULY 4th of all days! We had called about 20 other places and no one could come out, and then we saw this posted on Facebook so decided to message them. They responded immediately, gave us an estimate that was very reasonable, and then showed up within the hour to haul away everything we needed out of a house. The gentleman is professional, personable and a very hard worker. My whole family was impressed with the job he did, and we recommend him highly!

Great company to have come clean up our property. Had a huge bush that we took out due to some broken sprinklers. Was able to call and get a estimate right over the phone. Price was in our budget and was available to come right away. Showed up when they said they would and started right away. Was quick and efficient and cleaned up and secured the load properly and was on their way. Great company and friendly service.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars ‼️ These guys are the real deal! They are reliable, honest and hard workers who get the job done. I even found myself wanting to stay there and help them and hang out because they made me laugh and they made me feel very comfortable. They worked with us in every possible way and I would only ever recommend them when it comes to properly clean up. We had a great experience with Jesse and his company. They cleared out my senior citizens parents home quickly with a fantastic rate and the customer service to go with it. My parents accidentally left behind important personal documents and they were located and returned. To be able to trust a company to do the right thing is rare these days and I’m so glad we used J M property clean up.
