Constraction reviews in Commerce, California

Fernando did a phenomenal job repairing or warehouse after we suffered severe water damage. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Mr Fernando and assistant had to fix shower pipes the job was completed and I was very please and yes I would most definitely highly recommend his company. Job was awesome

I had Fernando's number for a while and finally gave him a call to do a bunch of plumbing work at a rental property. He was on time , very professional and clean! 5 star all the way.

The stuff is great very punctual. They did excellent work. I have used them several times and I’m always satisfied with the work.
They have done a water heater replacement, open up a doorway and remodeled a room. Always had a wonderful experience with him. I recommend it.

If you're looking for an honest contractor that does quality work and does not cut corners then 501 remodeling is the contractor you should be calling. We recently had major flood damage from a broken water line that took out 3 bedrooms, the dining area the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. all the walls, showers, toilets, floors and closets were bare. I was looking for local contractors in my area of Apple Valley California and everyone was booked, I decided to search down the hill and came across 501 remodeling and gave them a call and explained my situation and Fernando assured me that he could tackle the large job and the distance wouldn't be a problem.
Today he finished the job and it came out fantastic, we couldn't be happier with the outcome. we would definitely recommend 501 remodeling to anyone looking to remodel.
You will not be disappointed.

They remodeled our office in Commerce, CA quickly and at a great price. We will definitely consider them again in the future

Fernando did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom. He always kept me up to date on the progress of the project. He managed to keep the area super clean. Would highly recommend his services.

I am extremely thankful for Fernando's exceptional service. He addressed my concerns with attentiveness, offering various options. His flexibility and sense of urgency were commendable. Remarkably, he efficiently assessed and resolved the issue within a single day. I wholeheartedly recommend both his work and his company.

Fernando is a reliable man with reasonable prices since we called two other plumbers near the areas. He communicated with details on the work he will be doing and gave us a timeframe of how long it will take him. We will be keeping his contact handy for future repairs or projects!

I made the right choice with 501 Remodeling. Fernando kept me updated throughout the process & was very professional from the start, I recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Fernando and his team did a great job working in my home. I had a few projects that I had to do but didn't know who to hire. I'm glad we found 501 Remodeling. They rebuild our front porch and repaired alot of rotted trim around the house. These guys will definitely be working on any future projects we might have.

Fernando and his staff were straight to the point and very concerned with what the problem was. They got straight to work, and got it done quickly, a full pipe repair both outside and under our home. They were done within 24 hrs, I also was truly amazed at their commitment to satisfying our schedule and needs. They were very professional and I Would definitely recommend 501 Remodeling to anyone in need of services.

Fernando is a great Handyman!!!! I have used him in many cases and have also recommended him to many of my friends and family...He Is very experienced and fair...

I had the pleasure to have Fernando come to my home to fix a complex heating issue. Although he was heavily involved in another project, he took the time to problem solve at a much deeper level than most would do, especially since it initially appeared, it would be an easy fix. His upbeat and friendly personality also made the whole tense experience (with the heating issue) much more pleasant. He brought along a colleague, Chris, who was equally as nice and eager to solve the issue. I would highly recommend Fernando and his company. They are skilled in many areas and create an incredible overall experience for their customers!!!!

Fernando and his crew were absolutely stellar, on time and very professional, they did major plumbing work at my apartment as well as the upstairs unit. I also own a property close to My residence and they will definitely be my first call for anything needed from this day forward. It is so refreshing and wonderful to meet someone with such great ability, kindness, and amazing professionalism. I highly recommend hiring Fernando for all your remodels/electrical/plumbing needs. He went far beyond my expectations, If I could give them a higher star, I would… Thank you!, am so grateful I found you!

501 Remodeling and team were excellent. They were very precise with their work and the communication between me and the owner Fernando was very good. He kept me updated with each and every step of the process. My home looks like a new home and me and my kids love it. I would recommend this company to everyone and I will for sure be calling them back for more
Projects.

The service received from a female employee in the delivery order area was disappointing due to racial bias.

Four technicians attending to one customer; most of the others just standing by, waiting for them to do something. They really need to switch people - it's not ideal.

Home Depot's Pico Rivera store is a total disaster.

Employees were very helpful and had a great selection of services.

Took ages to find someone who could assist us, and when I finally found someone, they were dismissive. We shouldn't have spent three hours searching for the necessary materials for the job.
