Cesar came out on a Saturday to fix a leak in my shower. He discovered a bigger issue, which he was able to take care of. I will be using, 24/7 Pro rooters service again. Cesar is very knowledgeable and does great work. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area with plumbing issues.

I am so thankful and grateful to you as First Responders! Cesar responded to my call and sent a plumber to me rescue! The water valve to my downstairs bathroom burst! OMG! I was a nervous wreck. I had never been in a situation where my home might be flooded! Or just have some major water damage. Even though he informed me it was a very busy day Pedro came with his assistant asap to help me resolve my problem! And they referred me to a water Damage company and they came out as well. Cesar & his partner came out quickly, (same day service) to unclog my tub. They were fast, friendly and professional. Prices were very reasonable. If I ever need plumbing services again, will definitely be giving them a call. EXCELLENT SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Cesar and his team!!! They did an amazing job very professional!!! Explained thoroughly the process he had to do in order to unclog the main line. Very honest and hard working people finally found a plumber that actually knows what he is doing!!!

Very pleased with Casars work, he was very understanding and knowledgeable of our problems and willing to explain what he had to do. After doing the repair he returned a few days later to double check that everything was still ok.

My mom had 2 toilets that were clogged. Pro-rooter come out and gave estimate of repair, we agreed they flushed the drains and told me they would guarantee work. Four days later toilets backed up again they advised now it would be over five thousand to fix backup, since guarantee wasn't in writing they refused to honor. Ceasars stated no need to flush drain because it would back up again all pipes under house would need to be replaced. I called Downey plumbing they came out fixed issue for less than 300.00. I have waited 3 weeks to write review . The toilets have not backed up again. I would advise get 2nd opinion very dishonest would not recommend

I had 2 plumbers come check what was wrong with my toilet why it did not flush it was a under house job they both saw the hard work and left not cesar he saw the problem and saw the hard work and got work fixed it same day…. professional and has all the right equipment for the job would recommend him..

So just to give a quick recap of events. My kitchen sink was clogged. I used a plunger, added drano, used a snake and nothing. Thankfully I found 24/7 Pro-Rooter and contacted Cesar he was very responsive and came out to fix the problem right away. He was able to detect the real reason why the sink was not unclogging he had all the right tools and equipment for the diagnostic. And yup he found the problem alright! Years and years of grease accumulation. He got the job done. My initial call was Saturday night and he was here Sunday today I can go back to my kitchen! Thank you Cesar you saved the day.

I needed a custom installation of a washer/dryer set in my basement which luckily was no problem for Richard. He was prompt, courteous, and professional.
