They are recommended by Sears so I could get a quicker apptment. They came out and told me the issue. They ordered the parts and they were delivered to my home. The day b4 my scheduled appt I hadn't gotten the confirmation time so I called them. I was told I wasnt on the schedule and would I be available for the following Monday because they couldnt get the part to the driver. I explained that the parts were here at my home and was told that they would call me for a repair time that day. They came at the stated time and the service was excellent and the tech apologized for the mix up for the parts.
I would definitely use.them again -

The technician was good, but the over the phone customer service was HORRIBLE. The worse I have ever experienced. Rude,inpatient, disrespectful. Her name is Rosie I can tell over the phone she should not be answering the phones at all. She wasn't even willing to listen to what I had to say, didn't want to let me talk to anyone else, or supervisor, claiming she knows everything there is to know or say. When I insisted to talk to a supervisor Rosie said they don't have time to talk to me and that they would tell me the same thing she just told me. She put me on hold and talked the supervisor herself, but would not allow me to talk to them at all. To me costumer service is the most important thing. Above all. I'm most definitely disappointed on how was treated here at Precision services. The technician was not the problem, the receptionist for the company was.
I called my warranty company and they sent another company to continue the service for my appliance. I'm giving 2 stars,because of the type of customer service I received over the phone from Rosie the receptionist. -

My LG refrigerator died. They were very quick and efficient. They set up a time brought all the necessary parts (Compressor and evaporator ) and finished the job promptly and politely. They communicated well.
Great job.
