They are recommended by Sears so I could get a quicker apptment. They came out and told me the issue. They ordered the parts and they were delivered to my home. The day b4 my scheduled appt I hadn't gotten the confirmation time so I called them. I was told I wasnt on the schedule and would I be available for the following Monday because they couldnt get the part to the driver. I explained that the parts were here at my home and was told that they would call me for a repair time that day. They came at the stated time and the service was excellent and the tech apologized for the mix up for the parts.
I would definitely use.them again

My LG refrigerator died. They were very quick and efficient. They set up a time brought all the necessary parts (Compressor and evaporator ) and finished the job promptly and politely. They communicated well.

Long story. LG was very slow to schedule this service. But, when the Precision Services technician finally arrived, he was knowledgeable, personable and helpful. We hope never to need this company again but in the event that something goes wrong, we will use them.

Glass on oven door popped out when oven door was opened. Clip to hold the glass part was not a correct fit. A new part was ordered and installed in a timely fashion. The office staff scheduled the appointment for repair quickly and the technicians that came to the house were professionally knowledgable. New part was ordered and installed quickly. I am very satisfied with the service.

I purchased a range about a month ago. It continually made a loud buzzing noise while heating, like a helicopter was landing in my kitchen. I called for warranty service and they hooked me up with Precision. Jason showed up on time and knew exactly the problem when he heard the noise. He made the repair quickly, professionally, and perfectly. I could not be more pleased!

The ice maker on our office's Samsung refrigerator was consistently freezing over to the point where the door to the ice maker would not close. Precision Services knew of the service alert on this model. It's technician, Jason, ordered the part and came out several weeks later to install. Jason was professional and courtesy and very fast! So far so good! Thank you Jason for your service!!!

Our technician, Jason, was the best we have had to fix our refrigerator! We’ve had multiple companies service this refrigerator under warranty, and Jason at Precision was the most competent, professional, least intrusive to our daily lives, and by far the quickest to repair the problem! We would highly recommend him and this company.

Called Choice Home Warranty and they refer me to Precesion. Got schedule 5 days after for on site visit. On site was schedule for 8-12 window but showed up after 12:30. Repair tech fixed the issue with the dishwasher and it was outstanding. Professional and explain the cause of the problem. Very good job.

This company came out at time scheduled. They were
able to fix my washer immediately & ordered parts & came back to install them. The service was quality.
The service men were professional & courteous.
They maintained the COVID 19 guidelines.. I recommend & would definitely use them again for services needed.

I was referred to Precision Services by LG after my refrigerator/freezer stopped functioning. Precision Services was prompt and communicative, and made arrangements for service as soon as the needed part became available. David came out and had the compressor replaced in a flash! He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for a good service experience!

Very pleasant on the phone for scheduling appointments. Always updating and informing the customer when backorder items will be coming in. Service Technicians were very well trained, and are on time with the service appointments. Couldn't ask for a better company to work with for my refrigerator. Precision Services did a great job! The folks at Precision Services and their technicians are very professional and do a great job. Our technician Rudy Garcia came a 2-3 times to fix the our fridge issue and made sure he addresses the root cause. He spent 3 hours one time installing the left door our GE Cafe fridge. He took time and explained everything. He was not in a hurry give it was already 8:30 in the eve. They always respond to texts and follow up on a regular basis if things change or there is a delay in getting parts. I would highly recommend these guys for any repairs.

They repaired my dishwasher as part of a warranty/product protection plan through Home Depot. There was definitely a disconnect between the protection plan and this company (they didn’t forward pictures or descriptions to the repair company), which meant there might have been an extra visit compared to otherwise but scheduling was easy, technicians were friendly, on time, and worked quickly!

Would definitely recommend Precision Services! They sent out their Repair Pro, David, who replaced a faulty evaporator in my LG Refrigerator.
Happy with Precision, but NOT with LG!!! Only had our refer for 4 years when the evaporator quit on us. Woke up to find a warm refer with a ton of spoiled food!! Found out that this was a common problem in this particular refer and that LG had a Class Action Suit against them as a result. We were never notified about the Suit, so could not collect any inconvenience fees that they were giving to customers. As a result of the suit, LG extended the warranty which we barely qualified for, so luckily did not have any out-of-pocket expenses other than replacing a lot of food! Precision was hired by LG to do the repair and we couldn't have been happier with their services!!! Thank you Precision!! By the way, found out that the LG replacement evaporator had NOT been upgraded/improved from the original evaporator that came with the refer in Dec. 2017!!! So, we may be facing the same fate in 4 years!!!

Precision did the service per warranty on my LG refrig. The service person was on time, professional, knowledgeable and identified the problem right away. He ordered the part and returned in 2 weeks to install it. Great experience. Good communication from the company about the appointments and technician. All around good service.

I was completely satisfied with the warranty repair that Precision Services completed on our microwave. I was able to speak to 'real' people who were friendly and helpful. The repair person was on time, called in advance, performed a thorough evaluation, ordered the parts, and came back to install them. The microwave is back on track and we are please. We particularly liked the repair person Shawn!

We had warranty service done on our refrigerator which has had ongoing issues. These guys were great in terms of communication and knowing what they were doing. First visit they diagnosed and ordered parts. Our refrigerator is known for ice maker problems so they knew exactly what needed to be done. Also needed cabling replaced which powered lights for snack drawer. Second visit ( within two weeks) replaced parts and everything is currently functioning. They were quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Our appointment with precision services was scheduled through GE when we called for warranty work. Precision services was quick to send a text message to establish contact and provide us with an appointment confirmation as well as their contact information. Prior to our appointment I received further text message confirming the time of the appointment and providing the technicians photographs and personal contact information. Prior to the appointment itself I received another text message advising me that the technician was on his way. He showed up when scheduled. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix our icemaker issue.

If we ever need help with a appliance again, I will remember to use precision services. They are professional and reliable.

Precision and their service technician were so great to work with. I had 2 other companies who were supposed to service our LG refrigerator and both cancelled at the last minute after taking the time off. Needless to say I was skeptical about my third attempt. Precision did not disappoint, I received great communication, I knew who my technician was ahead of time and he communicated when he was on his way. He fixed my fridge in under 45 minutes and was friendly and courteous. I will most definitely use them in the future.

Very good repair service. Kept me informed throughout the process. Very easy to get ahold of someone. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the technician was three hours late on the day of my service. My appointment was between eight and noon and he showed up at 3 o’clock. He told me why he was late but he never apologized for being late. I just think it should’ve been common courtesy since People are waiting around for you. Other than that the service was great.
