When it comes to the number of product they have available and the size of the store they are great. However you shouldn't place special orders here. I don't know if it the individual or the departments. 3 times I was called to go pick up my window. The first time they ordered the wrong size. I gave them the actual measurements and they entered them as rough measurements. So the window came in too small. The second time I went to pick up they didn't actually have it in from the manufacturer. They saw my returned one in the system showing on isle 34 and thought it was my new order. The third time was today. They ordered the right size this time by a different manufacturer because of time constraints. However this time they didn't get the tempered glass and obscured window. It's going in a bathroom in the shower because it an old home. I'm now not going to have a functioning bathroom just in time for the holidays... Go here if you know what you want but don't count on custom orders being correct.
