I had an old pecan tree in my front yard that was starting to push up against my front porch. I called Prodigy for an estimate, and they were able to come out right away. I decided to accept their reasonable estimate.
The job was done professionally. The men were respectful and courteous. The job was done efficiently and neatly. They even did an amazing job working around wires, an awning, and a car parked right in front. The clean up job was so good one would never suspect a 30 year old tree and its stump had just been removed.

From the very start, Carlos the person who came to check my trees had poor communication from the start. He almost called off but ended up coming by. He apologized & offered a 25% discount. A few weeks later I texted him to confirm the appointment & change the invoice to just have the front tree done & the backyard to be hold off until i come back from deployment. but never received a response. I had to call & he confirmed that the front tree could be done & if he could send an invoice. But he never sent one. Now a week before my scheduled appointment Carlos tells me that there is a $700 minimum & that he could not do it anymore. I believe he was unprofessional because he never listened from the start & I confronted him telling him that he confirmed it before on a phone call. Eventually I called it off.

Carlos cams on time with his crew and took care of the trouble tree for me. Carlos and crew are very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend his services

I spoke with Carlos on the phone and he came and gave me an estimate the following morning. We agreed on a price and scheduled service for the following week. He called me the morning of my service date as promised and informed me what time his crew would arrive, and that it was not necessary for me to be present for them to begin work. They did a great job trimming my gigantic tree and removed all the waste before I returned home from work for the day. The following morning I received an email invoice with a simple check-out tool which allowed me to pay by credit card (gotta love those miles!). Upon completing payment, a receipt was emailed to me immediately. It was a smooth simple transaction. They will be my first and only call in a few years when it's time to trim the tree again.

UPDATE 2021: I ended up deciding to have the tree removed two years later because the roots were destroying my driveway and plumbing... I gave Carlos a call and we set it up. His guys had that tree down SO FAST it blew my mind. Carlos came by shortly after and made short work of the stump. Another smooth and easy transaction with great work done by the team at Prodigy. I will be using their services again in the future once my new trees grow big enough to require trimming!

They did a phenomenal job! Best tree service we've ever hired! They even repaired a cut in the tree that occurred when a huge branch fell in the wind.

My experience with Carlos and his team was great.They did a fantastic job trimming trees and removing old tilting pine tree .And I am happy with their services.

This is the second time we have used Prodigy Tree Service. Our first service was the major trimming of a large oak and Sweetgum. For the latest job, Carlos was responsive and able to promptly take care of a limb that needed to be removed.

Both times the team has been professional and punctual.

(2) half dead redwood trees were removed yesterday. The trees were probably 50' high, the trunks 24" diameter. Prodigy did an excellent job. Workers were polite and professional. Works were completed just as Carlos described, and done in one day. They worked very safely, and have done an excellent job in cleaning up and removing all debris from the site.
The price was reasonabIe. I recommend Prodigy to anyone. Carlos, job well done

Met with Daniel and he was super friendly. Asked them trim three big trees for me, they were able to come out after 1 business day! The work exceeded my expectations, the trees were shaped up really nice. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very reasonably priced. I will be using them again!

Excellent service. I was impressed. They were on time, did an incredible job on a very high and expansive tree (over the roof also), cleaned up quickly and were very polite and courtesy. As you can see from the pictures the tree reached halfway across the street and over the roof. They took great pains to insure the safety of my property and my neighbors property also as the tree was massive and needed to be approached from the next door neighbors. Would highly recommend them and I did get several estimates and this one was the best.

Timely customer service, workers showed up early which was great. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Clean up by the crew was awesome. Definitely would use them again for big projects and small. Absolutely pleased with the job.

Carlos and team efficiently removed a large pine tree in the back of our house and replace it with two queen palms. Carlos was very responsive and worked with us on getting through the whole process. Definitely recommend working with them.
