Rosa came to my house with her crew and did an amazing job deep cleaning my house. What I thought would take 5 hours happened in 1.5hrs. So great!

I have used The Maid’s cleaning service for over 20 years. They always leave my house clean and tidy and are willing to do anything extra that I ask. They have an eye for detail. I like that the team of 4 ladies are in and out of my home in a little over an hour so they are not there all day long. The company and ladies are extremely trustworthy and take special care of everything in my home. I highly recommend this company. The office staff and owners are very accommodating to schedule changes and I like the way they update me via text on schedule changes or on the rare occasions when they are running behind. Ask for team gold, Mary’s team, because they are the best. Mary and her team has taken care of my home for the entire time I have been with the Maids and I can’t say enough about them. So make your life easier and give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

They were on time, we very professional and got to work. This deep cleaning was thorough and took a little over 2 hours. I plan to use the Maid’s going forward.

It’s always a good day when Erika and the Red team come and clean our house. They are very thorough, efficient and fast. I would recommend The Maids and the Red team to everyone who need cleaning services.

The Red team, led by Erika arrived for a deep clean on time, asked if there was anything specific I needed cleaning, and got right to work. When they were finished, everything sparkled and the entire house was clean and smelled fresh. I haven’t seen a thing they didn’t touch. Incredible.

I left the comment above in October 2024. I have had the Maids back monthly since. The Gold, Yellow, Silver, and now Red team have all been amazing. The house is always immaculate when they leave. They make the beds with clean bedding, get all dust and dirt out. I have two dogs they get the hair up and just clean the hell out of the house. Concord Maids are great. Their customer service is awesome too. Just good people. Hire them if you’re in the market. - August 2025.

I’ve been using the Maids for 2 years now and always been very pleased. They are punctual and the sms reminders are very helpful. Mary and the Gold team do an excellent job at making sure the house is in top shape even with our toddler and newborn around. Would highly recommend!

I am pleased with the service provided by the Maids Silver Team. Silver team has been cleaning my house since summer 2022, the women are industrious workers, giving my home an extra boost of freshness every two weeks. Team leader Maria and I have a chat each time discussing my satisfaction from the previous cleaning and what I want given extra attention this time - if I am not home, I leave a note listing extras that I want done for the day and the work always gets done. Maria and her team are friendly, respectful and reliable; they follow a plan in the house cleaning, which to me shows professionalism, the team know their job.

The maids were very professional , came with their own supplies and went straight to work. They made sure everything I needed for my home was completed. Very fast and efficient
