We have been using New West Landscape for a long time to help prepare for fire season each year. Very responsive to your needs and get the job done right and quickly. Highly recommend.

We had an underground drain pipe going from our roof down spouts to the curb in our front yard that was clogged and overflowing where the downspout went into the ground. After two other companies failed to resolve the drainage issue we contacted New West Landscape on a referral from a neighbor. Adrian and his team came out to check it out and within a week they had solved the issue. A fence post installed by previous owner had broken the drain underground. New West shared photos of their work, the issue and the fix with me. Great professional service at a reasonable price.

We worked with New West when we moved into a new home and wanted to completely redo and redesign the front and backyards. Adrian and his crew were amazing. We didn’t know much about what plants or flowers did well (we had full sun and shady parts for our yard) and Adrian made lots of suggestions at low and higher cost options to help us figure out what we wanted. We wanted some flowers and shrubs we could take care of by ourselves, and a design that looked manicured but was low maintenance. We replaced some gravel with grass while discussing potential for not wasting water, got rid of a broken concrete plot, and Adrian even suggested repurposing the bricks and stone already in the backyard. One year later, and we had new questions about what plants would do well all year versus just for summer, and Adrian was super responsive and still so helpful. We learned so much from him and appreciated how prompt and kind he and his crew were as well. Thanks for helping our new place feel like a home!

New West Landscape Management takes care of the property for our 120 unit HOA community and has been doing a great job! I've worked closely with them as we have been doing a lot of work to update and improve the appearance of our landscaping in addition to the routine weekly maintenance. We walk the property together regularly and they are always open and willing to do what is needed to keep things looking well maintained and tended to. The crew that does the on-site work is helpful, hard working, and diligent, and Adrian Martinez, who runs the company, is a great partner who is responsive and a pleasure to work with.

New West Landscape has maintained our landscaping for many years. Based on the compliments we receive on our yard, they definitely deserve a five star rating! I have a relatively large yard with a small lawn and lots of drought tolerant plants and shrubs that require lots of trimming. They service my yard quarterly and do an outstanding job. Adrian always responds in a timely manner and communication is very easy. The crew is hard working, they arrive at the appointed time and they are always gracious and do whatever I ask of them with a smile! They clean up everything and haul away all debris. Adrian and his team completely cleared a hillside yard area that was full of weeds and clay soil, created a 2-tiered rock wall garden area, filled it with amazing soil & compost and installed drip lines. Everything I plant grows and flourishes. The birds, butterflies & bees love my garden. I'm planning to add onto it next year with Adrian's expert assistance.

Liaison does amazing work, and unlike many landscapers, they can do some serious hardscaping of your space. Unfortunately they are popular, so you may want to get your spot in their queue early on!

Wanted to call out Elliot and the design team for the effort, creativity, and professionalism. The team worked hard to provide a design process and I would very much recommend others to work with Markus, Elliot and the team at Liaison.

Contacted Liaison regarding a landscape renovation at my home. Asked to take photos and describe the desired concept for the project. Never got to speak with anyone other than some clerical assistant who clearly had no project management or landscape experience. Was sent a terse email declining the project without any explanation or recommendations. Unprofessional and arrogant to say the least. I suspect that any positive reviews that appear are either solicited or given some "discount".

Working with Liaison Landscapes has been an awesome experience. My partner and I were of opposing opinions on how we should design our back yard. We agreed to hire professionals and have an open mind to whatever they recommended. Liaison Landscapes came up with an AWESOME design that both my partner and I are thrilled about. Liaison Landscapes is without a doubt, the best-in-class landscaper and the most qualified group of experts in the field. Their tireless effort and their calculated attention to detail are second to none.

Day after day, they worked hard and never cut a single corner to make our backyard project a reality. They have an exceptional work ethic and they went above and beyond numerous times in order to make our project perfect. The whole experience was simply exceptional from start to finish and the integrity and quality of the work is nothing short of incredible.

Some context: My wife and I had planned a very specific backyard project for some time but it continued to slip due to the pandemic. But, the silver lining was that it gave us time to vet dozens (if not all) of the landscapers within a 50-mile radius of San Francisco. The most promising ones were either super old school and not personable or they would tell us that they specialize in a few areas but not in the ones that mattered (concrete patios, for example). Most landscapers weren't familiar with the latest materials that we desired either, (eg. Trex) and they had no clue when discussing even the most simple outdoor decorating and aesthetic trends and options.

Frankly speaking, the whole process of vetting dozens of landscapers was daunting and we thought that we wouldn't be able to find the perfect landscapers that can meet our needs. But when we thought all was lost, we finally got around to engaging with Liaison Landscapers and everything fell perfectly into its place. Thank god for that.

Markus was very professional, thoughtful, and most importantly, easy to converse with. My most favorite aspect of working with him was that he was just so incredibly responsive from the start and he didn't overcomplicate or try to sell you on needless features. In fact, the very first impression that I had was when he responded to my request for a quote and literally came out the next day to walk me through it. I knew then and there that he and Liaison Landscapes was the company we wanted to go with. We didn't wait to lock in a contract within the next few days.

Liaison Landscapes, thank you again for making our backyard project a reality and exceeding all expectations. You should be incredibly proud about the work and also about the way you conduct yourselves as a company. I truly wish more companies (not just landscapers) held themselves to the same standards as you guys do.

We consulted with Markus on our landscape project where he came over in person multiple times and helped give us ideas on our project. He was thorough in his vision and although we ultimately went in another direction, his professionalism and attention to detail was reflected in his bid and advice that he provided.
