Pest Control reviews in Concord, California

First time contacting the Gopher Team. Javier the technician was so very informative, professional and patiently answered all my questions and concerns about the gopher activity that has moved from my neighbors unkept yard into my succulent rock landscaped yard.
I was feeling somewhat helpless regarding what to do about these busy pest but Javier explained thier activities and best way to control and remove from my yard. I realize I will need to try and explain to neighbors the need to at least put bait to work to remove the ones in thier yard.
Thank you again for the prompt response and your professional techinician Javier.

So far the Gopher team is doing a great job. They initially came super fast to set up the traps and have actively monitored them, moving them to new activity frequently. One Gopher has been caught!

They are professional, always letting us know when they are o. Their way and sending a recap after their visit.

Super efficient and easy to work with. Got one, 1 more to go!
Thanks Gopher Team

Over the last 2 months, our new yard has had several moles invade. Called Gingrich and they put out traps and the first return visit, they had moles in the traps. Best money spent. Also, use them for tree service and they diagnosed that the trees had anthracnose and began treatment immediately. They now tree the trees annually and the trees are thriving.
Gingrich has experienced and well-educated people with different degrees.

The technicians who came to our home were very friendly, helpful and answered ALL the questions we had about our pesky mole. The company as a whole is responsive and helpful. The mole was caught in the first round of traps! We would certainly use them again (though I hope we don't need to!)

The Gopher Team was great!! We had numerous critters ruining our plantings and landscape projects. Eric was very thorough, explained carefully what he was doing and did not give up until he got every last one. HIGHLY recommended!

We have been using Gingrich for a few years and really appreciate the level of service and responsiveness they have. Brandon will provide me with insight about what he sees occurring in my yard so that I can address those issues. He even provides the possible solutions to them. I appreciate the mole/vole services as well. Thanks for your help on this journey of lawn care.

Gingrich has been maintaining my lawn for years. They are very courteous and TAKE GREAT CARE OF MY LAWN!

We have struggled with a severe gopher and mole problem all spring. Gingrich set several traps on our property about a week ago and now our mole population is down by three--pretty good!

Tech arrived on schedule and gave me a heads-up TEXT message he was coming. Walked then yard first and then set several traps. Came back in a few days and the 1st trap set was a success. Great service! Have used them several times and always happy with their service!

I have been using Gingrich to protect my yard for many years.
They are very responsive and always have intelligent and responsible technicians come work at my home.

Michael Orabuena came by today and did an excellent job!

I am very happy with the service I receive from Gingrich!

Both Alex and Nolan were very nice and professional. Took Alex two trap settings to catch the gopher, I thought that was pretty good. I fully recommend Gingrich for this kind of work.

Learned that gophers are territorial and most likely had only one gopher doing all of the damage. That was good information. Came out, set 5 traps, came back 3 days later, and had the gopher. Should have done this a couple of years ago. They did the job and I would use them again if a new gopher decided to move in.

Gopher Team was the only one of three companies I contacted that actually called me back! They set up an appointment, showed up as promised, set up traps and returned a few days later to remove three gophers. They are very professional, efficient and reasonably priced. I am impressed!

What outstanding experiences we've had with Gringrich Horicultural Service since using their services in the past year. And our experience today took it to an even higher level. After a gopher check, we were informed there was a leak in one of our water lines that the technician thought he may have accidentally caused. There was a leak, but not caused by the technician, however the owner personnaly come out and fixed the problem the same day at no charge. Businesses like this are rare and in my opinion should be supported wholeheartedly!

We had a serious Vole problem in our garden. A neighbor recommended Gingrich. We called and with two days Alex came out and did baited about 16 holes.
Although that was very effective and essentially eliminated the Vole activity associated with those holes, within 5 days we had several new holes and new activity.
Clearly we had a more s4erious Vole problem than we thought. I called Gingrich again and two days later Javier came out and baited the new holes.
It now appears that we are on a positive trajectory towards eliminating our Vole problem.
I found Gingrich service excellent and highly recommend them.
I have now signed up for their ongoing Gopher, Mole and Vole Control Program

Last year we hired Gingrich Horticultural Services for gopher activity in our rose garden. They successfully found the gopher.
This year they have already found three gophers. We are very impressed with their staff, their diligence, their communication,
and successes. We highly recommend them to others. Thank you,
Gingrich Gopher Team.

As a Landscape professional for 45 years it is important to me to team up with expert professionals and consultants to create a full service experience for our clients. One such experience has been our connection with Gingrich Gopher Team. They are responsive, prompt and very reliable. They know what they are doing, and once our arrangement was solidified we have been well taken care of, and so have the gophers!. This translates into our clients are well taken care of in the rodent department year round. I appreciate their expertise and professionalism.

We had about 50 vole holes and they came out within two days and put bait in each hole. Before the two week guarantee period had expired, we found two new holes (which is MUCH less than before) and they came right out and handled those as well. Things are considerably better now thanks to Gingrich!

The Gingrich Gopher Team has been helping us rid our yard of moles for the last year or so. They have been excellent in finding the best spots to set traps and monitoring them. The Team members are knowledgeable, courteous and dependable. Their pricing, while not cheap, is fair for the excellent service provided. All in all, this is one of the best service companies with whom I have worked.

I found Gingrich Gopher team after a frustrating year dealing with gophers. They turned up quickly and tackled the problem efficiently. I have no more gophers. Excellent.
