Fast great service get the job done right the first time, have called Mendes out for many issues at my apartment complexes and no job was too big or small for them to handle

Called them last week for an estimate on a simple yet profitable job and they keep pushing my estimate off for later dates and times so apparently they don’t care too much to gain a customer or maintain a satisfied customer base. And I have actually done work for these folks years back when their son still worked for them. He asked if I could help him out a few times. They probably don’t remember me but if they treat potential customers this way (not keeping appointment times and no communication skills) then I think it would be a wise choice to go ahead have plumbers from out of town come out and give me the estimates and then research them myself to decide which one is going to do the best job for the $. I don’t want to support a business that treats their customers as if they don’t need them.

Never arrived Poor communication, text them, called them no answer. Made an appointment at 4pm, they send a text that they would be running late. They never arrived, not recommend this business at all.

Made an appointment between 8 And 9 am and not only did they not make it , they didn't communicate saying they were not going to make it, I will change my rating to 5 stars if anyone comes or says they are coming but other then that they were not reliable in making their appointment and they didn't text or call saying we will not make it. First time ever calling an hvac person too.

Wowwwww, I was reading the reviews for this company & see the only response to the negative reviews is "hater". I don't think that is very professional at all. Nor is it very christianlike. These people are not haters, they are people who got bad service from your company, as did my client, Mario. Our AC went out on the hottest part of the summer last year, we called this company, as I have always known Jeremy to be a good businessman from past dealings with him & knowing he is a Christian man he was honest & fair. But not this tim. He sent a tech out who said we need a new blower. Cost 600.00. well the tech left without making sure the ac worked. It did not. Had to call them back, he sent a different tech, who after coming off the roof told us we needed a new HVAC system. Somy elderly, disabled client was out 600.00. This company did not do anything to make it right. When I called to talk to him, I was told he would come by to talk about it on a certain day, did not show up, didn't return calls, his tech left a mess of insulation on ground & roof, left bolts out on top of the metal casing bolts on the ground, and never heard from these people again. Thankfully we were able to get a new system for free from kcao. Do not recommend this company, they are very unprofessional & obviously incompetent. Jeremy should have overseen what his techs are doing & make sure everything is done rIght. Had they checked before they left, they should have known that blower wasn't the problem & not charged 600 for absolutely nothing. And do not respond by saying hater, because this is not hating, it is a fact. That response is so immature & not what a company should be saying, you should be saying your sorr and trying to right what is wrong.
