This business is a scam! BEWARE LG recommends them and they lie on the diagnosis. They came out on 12/7 they guy first checked the compressor and said it wasn't broken. Then he proceeded to say he was running numbers on the evaporator, not once did he take the refrigerator apart from the inside to see what the problem was. He only hooked up a device to the back. Then he said he was calling LG and that they said it was the evaporator that was broken. He said that they would order the part and get back to us. He never once returned our calls or came back so we called out anothertechnician from a different company. This technician proceeded to take the refrigerator apart from the inside and found that there was ice on the coils and that the the reason for the refrigerator not working was a lack of coolant. He proceeded to put coolant in it and the refrigerator is working fine instead of spending almost $1000 we walked away with 250. So first this company misdiagnosis the problem and then you ghost you.
