Ikaika is the coolest, sweetest, most adorable employee here. He's so handy and patient.

So my grandfather went and paid for 2 25ft straw wattles 7-9-15, came home and noticed 1 measured 23ft and the other 16ft. He contacted them immediately and they said the would exchange the 16ft. However it was a 24 mile drive there an back to begin with and we were in the middle of a project. So needless to say we moved forward with another material in our project. He then called on 7-14-15 about returning both wattles, Jeremy said he would have to check with somebody above him and call us back. Someone called back on 7-15-15 and they said the only thing they could do was give a refund of $25 even though we paid $54. This place is a joke, there product is not measured. There customer service is absolutley horrendous. How can you sell something that is supposed to be 25ft and in reality it 16ft!!
