Now Electric Consulting

I have used Now Electric for probably 25 years and have always been very happy with them. I know they also work with many of the best pool builders in Orange county. Their prices are in line with everyone else. I would most certainly recommend Now Electric and they have always done the right thing for me!

I contacted Now Electric for a bid on our new pool build a few months ago and worked with the owner Dennis. After giving me a bid he offered to sell me my pool equipment from his wholesaler. The company delivered all but one piece of my equipment and when we contacted Dennis about the other item he was hesitant to give it to us. After a little argument he did and we moved forward. When we looked through all the equipment we realized he sold us an item that wouldn’t work for our system. We contacted Dennis and the company several times so we could exchange the item but Dennis would not return our calls. I’ve since contacted the BBB and they have reached out to him but they recently closed the case due to him not responding.

We paid Dennis (Now Electric) the wholesale cost on the items so he is not losing out on anything to return to us. I contacted the wholesaler from the receipt he gave me and they told me they would happily exchange or return it as long as Now Electric gave them a call. Now Electric loses nothing by returning our equipment.

Dennis started out very kind and helpful, I trusted him from the beginning. At some point things changed and he burned us for over 1000.00 dollars.

I’m sharing this experience so no one else gets ripped off like we did. On top of that we ended up having to hire another electrician (and buy the other parts) and after getting several bids Now Electric was the most expensive. Keep looking if you don’t want to get ripped off like us.
