Shannon did an awesome job! I was looking for options for lighting the outside of my home. Shannon came the same day and delivered some ideas that I hadn’t even thought of. Shannon was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. While he was installing the main job, I asked him to look at one other outlet inside the home which he fixed for us no problem.

The lights look great and the kids love that we can change the colors for Christmas and other holidays!

Shannon is very knowledgeable, down to earth and professional. Very happy with the work he did in my garage. I had a 220v 50amp outlet installed that I can use for RV, welding, or the occasional guest with an EV. Also had a dedicated 110v outlet installed for my new garage fridge. I’ll definitely be going to him for all my electrical needs in the future.

Had an major outage at my house late Friday night after 9PM. We were hosting a party the next morning so couldn't wait. I called several local electricians. Given it was a Friday night I expected going directly to voicemail....Big Ben not only picked up but they also gave the most reasonable quote to come out and do a rush diagnosis of our issue. Later, Alfred showed up and after several tests correctly diagnosed the problem in our panel. An hour later it was fixed. Highly recommended if you want to work with someone who is above board, deals in good faith, honest and capable!

That dimmer switch in the dining room was getting warm to the touch and the electrician swapped it for a properly rated unit and checked the wattage load on the circuit.

Storm knocked out our exterior lights and the electrician found water had gotten into a junction box causing a short, dried and resealed everything and replaced the damaged wire.

Wanted outdoor string light posts wired with weatherproof outlets in the backyard and the electrician buried the cable at the right depth and connected everything to an indoor timer switch.

Contacted Big Ben Electric on Wednesday evening, got a free quote over text message, had them over on Thursday afternoon and got all the work done effortlessly, everyone was open and transparent, will do all my future electrical work with these guys

Zero stars!!!! Horrible...not even sure of the guys name, but he came to give us a free price quote, which he did, but then, he determined we needed a circuit breaker replaced. Says he needs to take it to home Depot for to match, and never returned. We tried calling and texting to see if he was going to come back with our part and no response. Now we're stuck with a room without electricity and no idea what breaker to use. Only reason there's one star, us because without it, I can't post the comment!
