Highly recommended. Very professional. Showed up for both the quote and service right on schedule. Removed several large Queen palms and other trees/shrubs and left the yard looking like they never existed. Most importantly, their state license, bonding, and insurance checked out. Had several quotes before selecting this company.

I have used them in the past and they were usually very responsive and very helpful. However, I have been trying to schedule their service since 10/21 and have been only getting, “I’ll talk to Alfonso and get back to you.” Fast forward to 12/21 and I have texted/called numerous times and now I don’t get any reply whatsoever. I am thoroughly disappointed with their level of disrespect and terrible customer service. It never ceases to amaze me how businesses can lose money even when clients are trying to give it to them. Would not recommend this tree service company.

No need to look anywhere else when they're the best. Always satisfied with their work. Actually better than satisfied. They have one of those big hydraulic lifts so they don't have to climb the palms in front.

I completed the online form requesting an estimate. I quickly received a call back and was provided an estimate that same day. Customer service was great! She also understood that I was getting two other estimates. While I didn't use their services, I will definitely reach out to New Image Tree Care again.

Called New Image Tree Care for a quote and agreed to have them remove three large queen palms. Showed up on time and did everything they could to keep things clean, I even saw them skim the pool when they were finished! Very professional service! Highly recommend!

I called up the business and spoke with Jackie. She scheduled me right away and literally 5min later, Alphonso was at my door ready to look at my trees and provide me with a quote. Quite an amazing engagement. Alphonso asked if I would like to have the tree trimming done ASAP and within 30 min, a crew of 2 arrived ready to do the job.

The guys were timely, trimmed the trees with care and left the site clean disposing of all left-overs. I am very pleased that I will not leave in fear of another Santa Ana wind event now that the problem trees are removed.

Working with New Image Tree Care was a +10 experience from the first phone call with Jackie to the having my tree cut down the next day.

Couldn't believe it, when they showed up with a huge truck with a bucket and started cutting.

Alfonso and his crew got the job done in just a few hours and had mine and my neighbor's yards totally cleaned up and all the wood taken away.

I would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them to any of my friends.

These guys are the best in my opinion. Ive used them years ago but switched to my gardener and others who were less expensive and got substandard work. New Image is professional, o time, fast and did a beautiful job of trimming my trees, plus removed one and cleaned up 100% when finished. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Hired these guys to trim 2 palm and remove 2 pine trees. They gave us the best price and they came out and did a great job. The price was hundreds lower than the other quotes. It was nice to see a bucket truck and the worker wearing the proper harness. My wife checked out the other quotes and both of them did not have a contractors license. Tree trimming is a dangerous job and it's not a good idea to hire an unlicensed company. It could come back on you if a worker gets hurt.

New Image Tree Care is top notch! Very happy with the job they did cutting four of my VERY overgrown palm trees. They showed up right on time, got right to work, trimmed them perfectly and even cleaned up the ground after with a rake and blower. Everything they cut off the palms went into their wood chipper, they took it all with them and didn't put anything in my trash. Very impressed and will for sure be using them for all my future tree trims. It's so refreshing to find a responsive, professional business who does a good job. I posted some before and after pics to show what a great job they did.

The entire team at New Image Tree care did an amazing job building new concrete block walls with retaining wall planters, laying new artificial turf, new sod, re-landscaping, and also installing a new iron gate for us. Crew was clean, on time every day, and worked amazingly fast for all the work we had done. Best experience ever.

Not reliable never showered up on time workers paid for a hour each time they came only 30 minutes which adds up to $70.00 each time they came plus no tending to my trees!!!

Beware - Unprofessional and unethical. They quoted initial landscape job and ongoing maintenance for residence. Did a fine job completing the initial landscape but never returned for ongoing maintenance. When I contacted them they wanted to charge a monthly rate 30% over what was original quoted and agreed to. After agreeing on a new negotiated rate they did not start on the week that they said they would.

Very Friendly. Ortega Family has been cutting my trees for years now. And i can say they always show up and my trees always look great. They mow my lawn as well and it always looks clean. Will keep using there service and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Guys
