My wife and i were in need of a thorough and "deep" house cleaning including the cleaning of carpet and furniture upholstery (two recliners and sectional sofa). We employed other businesses in the past, but they proved to be unreliable and inconsistent in the quality of their work. So we ended up doing our own house cleaning. That changed over time.

We decided to try again but with another business, and we needed the work performed as soon as possible in preparation of a holiday event scheduled to take place at our house within days.

We searched the internet and read many reviews which led us to Icleaning Services in Coachella Valley (our home is located in Palm Springs). We went with Icleaning becaue they had all five-star reviews.

Icleaning owners, Carlos and Sebastian, responded to our call for help and worked us into their tight schedule. They along with Sebastian's wife arrived on time on the scheduled date and time. To make a long story less long, we were extremely satisfied with the results and had zero complaints. We would highly recommend them.

Super friendly, hard-working, thorough, and trustworthy folks. Very reasonably priced too. They also brought their own equipment and cleaning supplies.

We are very appreciative of their effort and will most certainly employ them in the future.

First time client for deep cleaning of my home. I was beyond impressed by their friendly demeanor, strong work ethic and attention to detail. A team of three worked nonstop until every part of my house was shining. I've used other services in the past but often felt like all that was done was a quick wipe down of my counters and vacuuming. Icleaning was entirely different. They truly deep cleaned my home including corners, bookshelves, and under beds. My kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling. Their rates are competitive. This family owned business is wonderful. They cleaned an unused “Florida Room” for me that had been strangely configured, and took care of an enormous amount of fall through from an unsealed part of the roof, with such gusto and precision, hard working, diligent, and care was taken. Highly recommend for the most difficult of situations w/seeming ease! I was so happy with what they were able to accomplish. And I tried to do it myself first and I know construction. It was beyond my abilities!

These folks are awesome! They helped us get our home ready for an upcoming house showing and it’s never looked this clean. I couldn’t recommend them more! They came early and were very thorough, communication was great too. Thank you for a job well done!!

Highly recommend. They do an amazing job! Very detailed oriented and professional. They are efficient even when my kids and dogs are running around every where. My home is always thoroughly cleaned and smells amazing! I’ve had them do deep cleanings and carpet cleanings multiple times!

I used this company( when you call you get someone in Florida named Carlos) to do POST -CONSTRUCTION cleaning. I was told they wipe down walls, clean top to bottom. They charged $702.00! I had Sebastian and two other gals and they were horrible. They didn’t clean ceiling fans, counters were dirty, bed frames were dusty, floors under tables were dirty! I should have done the white glove test when we did the walk through. Had company coming so I was busy. My mistake! Didn’t climb ladders to check ceiling fans either. Live and learn. I called Carlos and asked for partial refund. I never received anything. The workers rushed out so fast the left cleaning spray bottles! One bottle I found before they left and the second was tucked in the couch! I have photos of the rags that were used to wipe down what they should have cleaned! Disgusting! DO NOT USE THEM! They don’t care! Huge rip-off!

Gabriel has been cleaning our carpets for several years. He is always professional, thorough, and moves the furniture to boot! I recommend Gabriel to all who want an experienced and genuine professional to take care of your carpets.

This pool service is horrible! No effort to cleaning at all.

Behind a 1 Stop Pool Pros truck this morning in my neighborhood as it sped through an all way Stop sign and then randomly stopped in the road. Signals are used when you are turning and Stop signs are for everyone. How good can they be when they don't know how to drive?

Horrible company. We hired them to service a community pool. Their 1st technician was amazing, then they replaced him and the new ones say they cannot work because of wind. Health Department came out to inspect the pool and it failed. When contacting 1 Stop Pool Pros, they sent a quote and Bree said she would be talking to the Regional Manager and getting back to us. Shortly after, we received an email they they terminated our contract and have blocked our numbers from contacting them. What a disgrace.
