House Cleaning reviews in Corona, California

They just LET Themselves into my Gate the lock was on the gate but unlocked for the gardners and they started taking apart my Motor on my pool WITH0UT EVER telling me they were even here should of knocked on my front door first. I did not even get to show them what was wrong
it was ALL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had NEVER USED THEM BEFORE even as a pool service. I had NEVER MET THEM

Called Jake and left message. Jake promptly returned call to discuss Mastertemp heater not firing. Jake shared his past experiences and said I could save myself money doing the job myself. Jake was sure the issue was the ignitor. I removed old part, installed new one and heater is firing. Thanks Jake for sharing your expertise and saving me $$$. You're the best!

That's perfect service is the best I've had in Corona. I went through three people or two people to get to him who is the third this company also repairs items and their prices are fair and their services wonderful. I just sold my home and I recommended them to the new Owners. I gave them a gate key because I trusted them.

Worst service of all time!!! In less then 6 months they went through four random guys to clean my pool. All of which had to be instructed by me personally to do the job correctly. They managed to not clean my filter or empty the catch basket in the pump leading to the pump burning out. They also charged my neighbor up front for worked that needed to be done on his pool and of course skipped out on the work and never returned any money. These guys should not be in business period!! My recommendation is that you are better off never cleaning your pool and it turning into a mosquito playground before letting Jake and/or any of his halfwits do it!

I've been buying pool supply from the pool guys for awhile and the service is good. No better than another pool place. Only BIG, BIG difference is that their prices beat the pants off all of their competitors in Corona!!! For this reason I give them 5 stars.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I live in Norco and the dirt is absolutely unbelievable in the pool after the winds (I expect the dirt after every wind storm) Welcome to living in a city that's surrounded by dirt. But Scott gives my pool a full service cleaning without question and works until the pool is clean (takes a few days after the winds to clear 100% but expected). The Pool Guy is a company I would highly recommend to service anyones pool.

Jake who is suppose to know about doesn't. I have on several occasions with problems with my new pool sweep, neither him or his guys solved the problem. I also had Jake install a new pump and yet the problems still exists. I would strongly recommend finding another pool service.

We moved to Corona CA in Dec 2017 and one of my friends recommended this company and I have nothing but positive things to say about these guys. Bob and his staff provides world class customer service levels and always have been very responsive to my calls. Mark the pool technician is one of the best in the business with great attitude and always with a smile on his face does a outstanding job. They have never missed an appointment! And if you need to buy any pool equipment you can't find more honest people than these guys.

I have used this pool service for almost 8 years now and I have never had a problem. Bob and his staff have always been very courteous and professional. They have never missed an appointment in 8 years! And they have always kept our equipment in top condition after installing it new within weeks of the purchase of our previously bank-owned home (pool was a green swamp and original equipment was utterly destroyed) in Corona. Jake is a competent business manager and all of the cleaning staff have been diligent, timely and patient with our special issues (small barking dogs, pool fence, fenced yard/occasional locked gate). I couldn't recommend The Pool Guy any more highly.

The Pool Guy came in clutch with the piece I needed on my salt system. When everyone else said they couldn't help or did not know what to do, The Pool Guy found the solution instantly and fixed the problem. No other pool service I would go to in the Inland Empire but The Pool Guy Supply

Excellent work. Jake and Bob do the work really fast and they are priced very well. They worked on my Spa/Jacuzzi twice. The first time they replaced my oversized filter system with a regular cartridge filter system. The filter worked so well, I noticed my spa was a lot cleaner and it did it much faster than the old system. On the second visit they changed my pump because it died. Again, they did a great job. they gave me a good price and got the work done really fast. I highly recommend them any day!!

Update: 6 yrs later. Still excellent service and fair pricing. Before contacting Jake, I called another store to try to get a pump for me and the price was ridiculous, pretty much a joke. Jake was able to fix my pump correctly and made sure that everything worked. He is super technical but I noticed that he takes pride in his work. Super rare for contractors in Corona. Again, I highly recommend this company.

For their full-service "weekly maintenance", you would expect most of (if not all applicable) steps listed on their website to be fulfilled for the cleaning part - but NO, they won't vacuum your pool unless you asked explicitly and sometimes they don't do it even you asked. They showed up and wrapped up service in spaceship speed within 2-5 minutes, in-and-outs.

And with less than 10 weeks in using their service (inherited from previous owner), more than 5 or 6 different tech persons were sent.

The owner is a very good person.he is very professional and kindness.he do work very well.he clean my carpet very neat and clean.i am really impressed for his work.i highly recommend dyemaster carpet cleaning.

You can disregard a 1 star review and know it's a disgruntled person with unrealistic expectations. I've known Dave for years and he is someone that knows more about dyeing carpet that anyone in Southern California. I've had him do numerous carpets and they came out great. He has specialized in color restoration for decades and will be the first to tell you the end result won't be "New" carpet. But in terms of extending the life and making a carpet more presentable, carpet dyeing will definingly do that and Dave is among the best in the country.
As a carpet repair technician I have to "Patch" real bad bleach spots because it's a highly caustic chemical that has no business on carpet and will soak into the backing and pad and might need a second touch up of dye. The cool thing with Dave is he can leave the custom mix dye formula to do those touch ups. Problem solved.

Dave and his helper did an excellent job revitalizing my carpet to almost new. I would rate them at 4.5 out of 5 with my only exception being not enough dye on under portion of the stairs but this is not easily noticeable. Overall I am very happy with the job.

Great work and great team! Mentor was fantastic and his team worked fast. He immediately identified the issues with our carpet and scheduled us the next day! Will definitely use them again for additional future projects and highly recommend dyemaster carpet .
