Lucky Air and Plumbing

I called for Lucky Air to come out and see why my furnace would not work. They sent out a Tech who wanted to replace a part for $1500, having no other options, I said yes. He replaced the part but my furnace still didn't work. He said I needed a new furnace. My furnace was only 10 years old, but since we needed heat, I said yes. The next day two Techs showed up with a new furnace and replaced my old one. They tried starting the new furnace, but it wouldn't start. They said I needed a new AC condenser, why I needed an AC part to fix my furnace I didn't know, but again, I said OK. After replacing the part they said everything was working fine and left. I went to turn on the furnace and it would not come on, so I called Lucky Air and told them. They sent a different Tech out the following morning. My husband told him to check the thermostat,which he did, and concluded it was bad, he replaced it and now everything works.
After spending $6587 for a new furnace, it would seem my problem was a bad thermostat.
Their Techs are not as well trained as they seemed in the past and since I have been paying for yearly maintenance on my furnace and AC, I plan on cancelling it at the end of the year.

Very professional technician, no bowl just real solutions. Explain to me everything As it happened. Would definitely recommend them and absolutely use them again.
