Huge shoutout to Vincent for coming out on a Saturday and getting my completely backed-up kitchen sink working again. I’d tried everything and was ready to give up—Vincent showed up fast, was super friendly and professional, and had me back online in no time. Really nice guy, explained everything clearly, and made a stressful situation way easier. Highly recommend him if you need someone reliable and solid.

Roto-Rooter tried to rip off my 82-year-old mom. They came out, looked at her problem, and handed her a quote for $6,000. Thankfully, I stepped in and called a licensed plumber who fixed the issue for $250—done, no drama, no upsell.
If anyone from Roto-Rooter wants to see the receipt from the real plumber, I’ll gladly show it. What I won’t tolerate is a company preying on elderly people, trying to scare them into paying thousands for something that should cost a fraction.
Shame on Roto-Rooter. I’ll never recommend them to anyone, and I’ll make sure people know how they treat seniors.
