Cleaners were an hour late but when they got here they were wonderful, nice people. Did a very good job. However used a product on the bathroom counter that stained.

*** updated review, cleaning team came back and fixed the stain, very happy with the customer service. Cleaners were very apologetic and make the mistake right! Over very happy with them even though a mistake was made. We will be using them again.

My previous cleaning was amazing. This one was good and I hope good enough for my property manager. During my walk through I was not as critical as I should have been. I found the kitchen drawers had not been cleaned at all. I ran out and caught the ladies before they left and asked them to finish the kitchen which they did. Upon further inspection, I found the cleaning really wasn’t as good as I have had in the past. Several areas weren’t cleaned at all. I certainly didn’t like having to really white glove everything. My mistake, I won’t do that again and for the $600 charge, I won’t go back to this company again.

I love team 2. They are efficient and do an excellent job. I love the friendliness which they bring to my home. I really appreciate them.

Go Cleans team 2 was fantastic. They were on time, worked hard, did a great job, and finished for the price promised. I also liked that I could get them pretty quickly when someone else cancelled on me at the last minute. This will be my first choice next time.

I’ve used Go Clean several times and have been overall pleased. They are extremely over priced but I chalked it up to you get what you pay for. The last time they came however one of my bathroom floors in the shower had white all over the floor after the cleaning. I text the owner to see what they used. She typically always replies and I got no response. I still am unable to get the substance they used off the tile and will have to pay for a professional cleaner or have the floor striped. Note the tile was completely black before. I have scrubbed as much as possible to no avail. The mistake I made was paying first. They have done nothing to rectify the situation. So I am out over a 400 cleaning and now whatever it will cost to have someone try to strip and reseal the tile. I will not be using this company again.

Unfortunately they didn't do a good job with a recent move out clean i had. They charged over $300 however left dirt on my living room floor, hard water deposits on the sinks, brown spotting on my dishwasher, and didn't clean my cabinets well. I personally wouldn't recommend them and regret tipping what I did based on further inspection of the quality of their work.

Talia and the girls did such and amazing job with my 2 bedroom condo. Working with Talia to arrange a deep cleaning was effortless. She was incredibly accommodating and the girls did an impeccable job. I cannot endorse this company enough!

Good customer service, cleaning is up to standards of two very picky people! It’s not as affordable as other services but the quality is much higher.

It looks like one of our pictures has fallen while the cleaning was in progress. See photos. I'll have to have the picture reframed to have it restored. I'm asking for consideration on today's bill to restore the damaged frame. Would that be agreeable to you, say $35.00?
