SERVPRO was a pleasure to hire. We called last minute with a water damage emergency and were taken care of that same day. As a building renter and not owner, it was tough to get things rolling to take care of the water damage, but SERVPRO was accommodating and helpful in getting things started as fast as possible. The job was fast, efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and as they went along. They worked very well with our insurance company and documented everything. If you are looking for good help, SERVPRO is the company to go with. I can not say enough good things about this company. They will be used again if we are ever in need.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ServPro of Coronado responded to my call on Friday evening and was at my house within an hour after an unforeseen leak occurred in my second story master bedroom. On the initial call, we were advised what actions to take right away before they arrived. Once at our home, a survey or the area where the leak as well as adjacent walls and floors occurred, and a recommendation for a dry out was implemented. We were in very active touch via text throughout the weekend to monitor the progress and 2 additional visits occurred the following week to determine the progress. Ultimately a dry out was all we needed and ServPro's immediate response helped save us thousands of dollars as well as an insurance claim for damage. We were so impressed with their professionalism, customer service, expertise and response time. Of note, this same chapter of ServPro responded to another serious water damage issue that occurred in our prior home a couple of years ago, and I was equally impressed with their service. Will always use and recommend in the future if need be.

This company went over and above any expectations we had. We had a flood and from start to finish they never let up till the job was completed and even after their obligation to finish their work , they stopped by to check on us, so professional. Scott and Ryan came out to assess our water damaged rooms within a day of contacting them. Ryan and Joe were able to start the restoration process the next and removed the damaged materials and dry the rooms within days. They were very professional and clean with their work.

We were in an emergency situation and needed new floors and a deep clean of our entire house in short time. They came in and packed everything out of our house and into PODS for the flooring. All the old flooring throughout the house was ripped up and hauled off and the new flooring went in without a hitch. They arranged painters to attend to two rooms that needed fresh paint after much hole repair and patching. Finally, everything was moved back into our house. Every item and surface space was cleaned and sanitized. Our air was sanitized and our house was spotlessly clean when we came home. Everything was done with great care and on time, beautifully. We highly recommend Mike, Scott and the whole team there!

Words cannot describe my gratefulness to a true hero, ServPro Mike, + his team. I was literally losing my mind after water damage had wrecked my new, beloved condo. All 3 levels affected; complicated by the insurance company, home builder, + HOA all trying to put the responsibility on each other. So ServPro came immediately, did a wonderful job of “pack out” which means taking every single thing out of the condo to a storage unit. Then SIX WEEKS went by while the arguments continued over who would pay for the extensive repair. The only thing that kept me from depression is remembering the incredible care, gently wrapping all in bubble wrap + padding + then taping. I could not believe how much they worked like they CARED about my possessions. Things like precious stacks of porcelain China from London, my mother’s, dishes over a hundred years
old, to sofas, beds, bookcases, etc. I have way too much “stuff” but it is all beautiful + precious to me. Things like ironed organdy baby
dresses, memorabilia like origami, glass tables, trinkets, trophies from when my children were small. FINALLY my insurance company decided to get the ball rolling. Huge sheets of perfect plaster replaced all the cut-outs, ceilings restored, people working so hard, I had forgotten the amount of labor that is needed to “make things look like it never happened,” which is exactly what they did. A master craftsman named Israel did astonishing, beautiful work—he and also Martin are the only ones whose names I learned, in addition to Mike. My time at the hotel paid for by insurance company is ending this Wednesday; they have somehow
worked with such diligence that they are doing “pack back” the very 2 days before I have to return. I have been treated like a Queen, despite being 82 years old. I love all these men, + could weep at my good fortune at being taken care of them, in their awesome green ServPro trucks that brought me joy each day they worked. If you want a shorter version of this 5 star review, let me quote my house cleaner, who knows everything there is to know about hard work to achieve beauty + quality.

This company provides outstanding service! They came to assess the situation for free in less than 24 hours. We received an honest explanation of what needed to be repaired and all of our questions were answered. I highly recommend them.

We had a flood on an apartment I manage. Destroyed the place! Water everywhere! I've always heard of ServPro but never used them. Scott and the entire staff at ServPro of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado were incredibly helpful from start to finish, after our condo was flooded from the upstairs unit water leak. Scott came out to assess the damage within an hour on a weekend, was extremely knowledgeable, and helped get the process started immediately with the mop up crew, removing water damaged material, and using their high-end drying equipment to remove the moisture. They checked moisture levels daily until the unit was completely dry, minimizing the mold issue. From packing and moving everything out of our unit to bringing it all back safe and sound we cannot thank them enough for a job well done. Called ServPro last Friday morning and within an hour Scott T, one of the owners and his crew (Johnny and Ryan) showed up, assessed the damage, thoroughly explained their plan and how they could help us. .
