Reviews of local pros in Corte Madera, California

We replaced our old gas heater with a new electric heat pump and air handler system, and choosing Tech Air was absolutely the right decision. From the start, Colin was thorough, attentive, and generous with his time—clearly explaining the process and demonstrating a strong understanding of local building codes (which can be especially baffling in San Anselmo).

The project began and ended exactly as scheduled, and Colin and his crew were consistently clean, punctual, communicative, and respectful. After the installation, we unexpectedly experienced electrical issues—dimming lights and non-functioning outlets. Colin came over right away, identified a problem with our electrical panel, and fixed it promptly. The issue may have existed prior to Tech Air’s work, but Colin figured out what was wrong and resolved it—on a Saturday!

All of the above would be reason enough to recommend Tech Air, but what truly sets them apart is how they responded when we had the electrical issue. Colin was responsive, proactive, and committed to making things right. I would highly recommend Colin and Tech Air to anyone considering a heat pump installation, or any HVAC related projects.

We’re very happy with Tech Air and would highly recommend them! They installed a new furnace and heat pump for us, and they were so good we brought them back another time to do more work on our ducts. They were transparent and fair in pricing, and answered all of our questions. The crew was always friendly, considerate, and left the job site clean each day. They also organized the work in a way that minimized disruption to our system; they never left us without heat!

Very happy with our new system and would work with them again.
