Didn't know what to expect honestly. The appliance repair man showed up for the washer, immediately started asking the right questions, and had a diagnosis within minutes. He gave me a clear solution and a price that felt more than fair. Would recommend to anyone who asks.

Quick to respond and even quicker to impress. The repairman came out for a stove where two burners had stopped igniting and I half expected him to just swap the obvious parts and move on. Instead he tested every igniter on the whole stove, checked the spark module, inspected the burner caps and ports for blockage, and made sure the gas flow was consistent across all four before declaring it done. Nothing sloppy about this guy. Everything gets checked, everything gets confirmed. Stove works great and I walked away genuinely impressed by the approach.
