In my 25 years of being a homeowner, I have never experienced a higher level of customer service from any tradesman than from Matt at Newport Coast Electric. I was experiencing faulty fire alarm units and Matt dispatched a technician within 2 hours of my call. My issue required additional visits and they followed through on rescheduling and service without additional calls or prompts from me. I highly recommend Newport Coast Electric. They provide the gold standard of service.

Yet again, Newport Coast delivered exactly as they promised. Their pricing was fair and performance was incredible. And how about that Matt Cook? He must work out. What a looker!!!!!

Easy to schedule, were able to get out fairly rushed & did good work; they also didn't mind splitting the scope in half so we could complete the rest later and didn't charge any more for two call outs instead of 1. We had a slight issue with the doorbell after completion, and they were out the next day at 7:30 with one phone call and fixed it right away. Owner Matt seems to care about his customers and business a lot, will definitely use them again in the future.

Matt and team came out during a recent remodel and were tasked with first cleaning up a previous electrician's questionable work that did not pass inspection. They were wonderful and provided confidence that everything was correct, safe and ready to move forward. They are professional and were able to provide recommendations and solutions for my ideas and other hurdles that were presented. Matt and team take pride in their work, provide clear communication, show up when they say they will and get the job done right.

I asked Joel Mayes to give me an estimate to keep my 10f x 10ft space cooler during this heat wave. He told me he would do it dirt cheap, gave me a quote of 1,800.00. I asked him for a written quote to send to my company and see if we can get it done. He wrote the amount on a card and left it with me. Not even a couple days later another person came in and told me to pour the existing system I have higher up and that would do thrice. No need for extra equipment or re-wiring a new unit into our electrical box. Like Joel mays told me I needed. Thanks to that company I saved $1,800.00. Also I didn’t appreciate him just writing it on a card and tossing it to me. Like I can submit that to my company. I guess $1,800.00 job is worth him taking the effort to write out an actual estimate.

After a thorough evaluation of my malfunctioning A/C, the technician efficiently dismantled the system, explaining each step. Within an hour, everything was neatly organized, leaving no mess behind. Their professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable, making a potentially stressful experience surprisingly smooth and informative. Highly recommended!

These guys are dirty bags. I wouldn’t go to them if I were you, way overpriced, professionalism subpar and quality of work amateurs.

Overcharged for the work done. When I had questions regarding billing, they had the electrician call me. Had 3 different jobs billed to us with different work done. Unorganized, overpriced and unprofessional.

In addition to adding 20 amp breakers, Tom's team setup outside wiring for landscape lights, and outlets for my power tools in the garage. Great service and the only company that touches my home for last 15 years.

Boyer . IS GREAT! . All Techs that work for Boyer Electrical , are Very Skilled and Knowledgeable about working with any issues to fix or solve.

Boyer Electric wired up my directional motorized sky-lite. They were supposed to run 5 colored wires to the roof, as shown on the plan from the sky-lite company. They failed to do so. So they improvised and borrowed a constant hot from the smoke detector circuit, but they failed to check the faze of that added circuit, so my motor ran on $208V instead of 110V. They also ILLEGALLY used the ground wire as a hot. Result? The motor burned out. They POINT BLANK refused to stand behind their work and fix it. Don't even think of using Boyer Electric.

I asked Boyer electric to bid my home in Orange County for new service panel. I had three bids and Boyer electric was by far the best. They showed up on time and completed the work as scheduled. Highly recommended.

I'm a real estate agent in Costa Mesa. I asked Boyer Electric to do a bid on some work for a property I have in escrow. Tom went out quickly and had a report for me that evening. Unfortunately, his office didn't communicate one concern my buyer had about the breakers. He was out at the crack of dawn the next day and let me know what the issue was immediately afterward. I plan on doing future business with Boyer.
