I am giving Patrick Watson of Xactbuilds five stars. I was beyond pleased with the outcome of the renovation he did on the bathroom in our home. He was not only polite, but incredibly professional. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Patrick and his team did a fantastic job remediating our water damage, including replacing flooring. Patrick was responsive and easy to work with.

Working with xact builds is a pleasurable experience. Great commutation, honest and realizable service. Patrick does what he says he will do and hasn’t ever let me down.

Patrick arrived on time and was extremely professional. He explained to me what my costs would be and a timeline to get the job done. I'm looking forward to working with him in my home remodel.

We've used XactBuilds, Inc. for a number of projects over the years at our facility in Costa Mesa. Patrick and team have done a great job. In what seems like a rarity these days, they do what they say they will, when they say they will and for the price the communicated. Highly recommend.

He is a con artist, he hires unskilled labor from your local home Depot to work, and leaves them alone unsupervised and disappears. He has left my home looking like the trenches of WWII for two years.
He never finishes what he starts and will ruin anything you buy for your remodel.
Save yourself the headaches and stay away from this deplorable human being. He has no respect for anyone.

Exceptional work by Mark and his team. There was appropriate communication about the work being performed and excellent follow up to make sure everything was working well. We will be reaching out for future work around the office soon.

Mark did amazing work for us in our residence and one of our rental condos. Both homes were torn down to the studs. He can do LITERALLY EVERYTHING! Some of the tasks he tackled: putting insulation into walls, replacing dry wall; total kitchen remodel -new kitchen cabinets and countertop install, tiling, backsplash, flooring -wood as well as tile/porcelain; full bathroom remodels-new tub, shower, toilet install, tiling, cabinetry; patio tiling, flowerbeds; garage renovation, tiling; painting of all rooms, external house painting, crown molding, staircase refurbishing, aiding AC install. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mark. He is extremely conscientious and hard working, he has exceptionally good taste and excellent suggestions. A True Italian Master!

Mark install a new kitchen cabinet and tiling the floor and painted the hole 1st floor. I very happy with the time frames get job completed and the excellent quality of his work. If any one need good contractor call him up.

Mark and his team do beautiful work in a timely fashion and at competitive prices. He also has great taste and was very helpful when working on our condo!

I’ve been doing projects with Mark for sometime now and his team is always professional, on time and a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to doing more work with Mark and his team.

Best team around! Very professional and detail oriented. Would recommend to anyone looking for general contractors, and especially for respong tile. 10/10!

Creative Constructions 360 is well named. My experience has been not only that the company provides a full spectrum of services, with truly diverse and consistent expertise, but the results reflect complete style and class. They updated my condo to have a contemporary look and functionality, with wooden floors, additional electrical wiring, new fixtures, modernized kitchen and a stylish new bathroom. My Corona Del Mar condo has lost its “has-been 20-year-old decor and look“ and become a unique and attractive modern condo. The prices are reasonable and over matched by the professionalism and enthusiasm of the proprietor Mark Katona, licensed contractor, and his talented team. Highly recommended!

Mark came to home to fix an electrical issue in my wall that was affecting my dishwasher. He was extremely professional, on time and helped to resolve my problem quickly. He even gave me a new plate cover for free! I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Even though we did not use Mark for a house reno this time around because we changed our plans and want to save up for our next forever home, Mark was so kind, patient, and communicative. He was never pushy and had a lot of great ideas. When we are ready, no doubt we will reach out to Mark.
