Cleaning was quick and seemed good initially, but the carpet smelled terrible again once dry. I paid nearly $300 for the extra clean service and it simply didn’t work. The guy should have recommended a deep clean or something else. Tried to reach them multiple times about getting a credit toward a deeper clean, but couldn’t get a hold of them. Would not recommend the service.

We had a rug we purchased over seas that had pet urine stains that I thought, might not be salvageable. I contact Max's Rug Cleaning they reassured me they'd do their best to remove it. It came out beautifully. I couldn't be happier. The cream color is spotless, dark blues and reds super vibrant. If you have a rug you live and is special, this is totally worth it.
