Love this company!! Recently had my downstairs carpets cleaned. I have used Steam Master Carpet Cleaners for well over 15 years. The initial phone conversation is pleasant and helpful. They are always accommodating with scheduling a convenient time and their men are professional, arrive on time with a smile ready to work. I wouldn't trust my carpets to any other company.

I contacted them for a quote on a job I was able to hopefully resolve on my own. I received a prompt call back, a very reasonable quote if I need their services going forward, and they went the extra mile by giving me some advice on additional cleaning steps I can take at home if needed. Bait and Switch Pricing

I was quoted $59 for two rooms and $2 per stair over the phone, which seemed like a fair deal. But when the technician arrived, he suddenly said it would be $129 per area and $3 per stair—more than double what I was originally told. I felt completely misled.

It’s incredibly frustrating when a company lures you in with one price, only to try and charge you something completely different once they show up. I value transparency and honesty, and unfortunately, I didn’t get that here. Be cautious and make sure to get everything in writing beforehand if you choose to work with them.

We had Steam Master OC do our area rug, couches and stair carpeting and honestly I can’t believe I’ve ever wasted money on a different company to come clean our furniture. Everything looks brand new despite the fact that it’s 10+ years old and has been stained by our two young kids and large dog. They were so thorough, easy to work with and pick up/drop off is included. Initially I wasn’t thrilled about our couches being gone for a few nights but it was beyond worth it. Thank you!!

The Steam Master team is friendly, prompt, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned one room of wall to wall carpeting, an area rug, and four large pieces of upholstered furniture for me with stellar results. Everything looked like new! Pickup and delivery was smooth. Turnaround was fast. Results were all I could have asked for. Price was very reasonable. And on top of that, they were a pleasure to meet and work with. I will never call anyone else for carpet or furniture cleaning again. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The air was heavy and it was hard to get comfortable. I called them to see if cleaning the vents would help. The air duct cleaning made the air feel light and crisp. It does not feel like I am breathing through a blanket anymore. I am very happy with the fresh air in my Costa Mesa home.

I saw a lot of bugs coming out of my vents and it scared me. I called them right away for an air duct cleaning. They found a nest inside and cleared it all out for me. It was gross but they handled it very well. I am so relieved that the bugs are gone and my vents are clean. Green Tiger Vent Service of Costa Mesa saved my day.

We just rented a place in Costa Mesa and found the vents filthy with a greasy black substance from the heavy cooking by the previous tenants. A quick air duct cleaning from Green Tiger got rid of the grease, and we were good to go! The vents are clean and the air smells amazingly fresh.

My old Eastside Costa Mesa place had the original popcorn ceilings and I was getting a chalky white residue around my supply vents. During the air duct cleaning, they discovered that the vibration of the fan was causing things to get dislodged and settle in between the duct boots. They cleaned out all the chalky residue and recommended a fix to get that resolved. It's such a relief not to be breathing ceiling spray from who knows how long ago.

Before Scheduleing the service to get my rug cleaned I spoke with the owner about pricing & told him exactly the stain/color etc. the stain did not come out, which I get it was a white rug, I still paid the next day the stain grew because they got it too wet. And not it’s worse than before they came. I’ve asked for my money back and no response. Do not use this company. Overall horrible experience.

Very dishonest company. They quoted us $120 for a straightforward couch cleaning. Guy shows up and says it’s going to be $250 because “the company said so“. He did a fine job – the couch is clean – but we had to mop up our floors afterwards, and call an electrician to fix the fuse their machine blew. Worst of all, the woman who set our appointment, assured us that their cleanser was eco-and kid friendly. The chemical smell is so bad, we feel nauseous. We certainly can no longer lay our baby down directly on the couch. They also said we could pay with credit card, but guy showed up with no machine so we had to pay cash. No receipt, no record, no integrity. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Dealing with Carpet Pros was fantastic! It was unfortunate that after a party, someone spilled red wine on my carpet without even telling me, and I just found out the next morning. It's my preferred rug. The technician from Carpet Pros removed not only the stain but also several others that I had previously been assured were irreversible by other cleaners. In addition, he was incredibly polite, sociable, and excellent at explaining what was happening with the rug. I didn't have to leave my house for him to pick it up and deliver it, and the stain washed right off!
