House Cleaning reviews in Cotati, California

Archie did a fantastic job cleaning all our carpets, couch and loveseat!! We have two dogs and the cleaning was overdue. He was meticulous and super friendly!!

So happy with them! My other carpet cleaning company couldn’t get my living room carpet clean enough. North Coast was much more effective. Mario did a great job and was in and out quickly.

Juan did a wonderful job. He was neat, friendly and professional. Plus the carpets look great.

Great service; very friendly. Joe did great work! He went beyond my expectations and thoroughly deep cleaned my sofa and area rug as well as my carpets. He definitely got his steps in today with my three story condo. I've been using North Coast Carpet Care for many years and they haven't let me down once. I highly recommend this company.

Wow do impressed with the professionalism of the Joe. He was very courteous and knew how to bring the life out of our carpet. I swear it looks better than when it was bought. I highly recommend the company. The best! Thank you.

NORTH COAST Carpet Care is very professional, reasonably priced and their staff is incredibly thoughtful, friendly and excellent at Their jobs I would never go anywhere else!

Having my large rug cleaned at home was so easy! Professional, friendly, and fast. They use eco friendly cleaners which I wanted too. I would recommend this company completely.

We had a carpet cleaning emergency as a result of a sneaky cat. Someone came in one day and cleaned and treated the area. We are very grateful for the quick response.

North coast showed up on time and gave me a 15 minute warning before coming, which I appreciated. They did a great job with my carpets that were quite in need of care. Thank you.

Jose was professional kind and when above and beyond. My carpets look great thank you Jose. I highly recommend North Coast Carpet Care.

I was ready to cut this carpet out myself. It had Layers of dog pee & toddler art projects & dirt. Archie made it look just about brand new!!!!

I highly recommend North Coast Carpet Care! They arrived in the window I chose and did a spectacular job cleaning my sectional sofa. I am very happy with the results and the enzyme deodorizer really works! We have two small dogs and now my sofa smells new again. They were able to get all stains out, too!

I have called upon this company several times. An each time they have been quick to respond, work to fill all requests, professional,
Quick an do a fantastic job. I ask for joe every time he is great!
This company I find very trustworthy they have done mine an my daughters home. An even returned to go over the carpet again when spots had remained no charge. All came out perfect, no harsh smell dried quick all easy. Also, learned a lot about carpet care.
Great experience

Excellent service. On time, spent a good amount of time on the stairs and rooms; and they look almost brand new again. Great value, too. We will use them again

North Coast Carpet Care was very prompt in their communications, timely with a cleaning date, transparent in their pricing, and did a thorough job that’s held up a couple of weeks later without any stains resurfacing. What more can you ask?!?

Juan our service tech was great! Came on time and the carpets came out great! Will definitely use North Coast again!

North Coast Carpet's Joe did an excellent job on my couch and two carpets. He arrived promptly and was a pleasure!

Our experience with North Coast Carpet Care was outstanding service from beginning to end. Ashely was prompt to respond to my emails, quotes and scheduling. Archie was punctual, friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He left our carpets smelling fresh and looking new again!

Great job by Mario today. I used to use someone else who did a great job as well. But he decided to exit the business/retire. I had used NC carpet years ago. They’ve always done a good job

Everyone was very pleasant as was Jose when he came. I did think since I pointed out the very difficult spots that they might’ve gotten a little better treatment.

Our sofas had never been washed in 7 years we've owned them and they cleaned up beautifully. Communication was prompt and professional. I would go with North Coast again in the future
