Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday evening of a 3-day weekend during a heatwave. Worst timing possible. My husband and I called at least 10 HVAC companies looking for someone who could come out on short notice. Several companies spent 5-10 minutes taking down our information only to tell us they had no availability until mid the next week. Next Day Air & Heating exceeded our expectations.
Not only did they send someone out the next day, but they FaceTimed with us the evening of our initial phone call to walk us through disabling the unit (which was making a banging sound) to prevent further damage. Everyone we worked with from Next Day Air & Heating - Craig, Eric, and Rohan - all truly cared about helping us fix our air conditioner in a timely fashion. They took the time to troubleshoot components my husband and I hadn’t even thought of, they listened to our concerns, and they resolved what ended up being a few issues with our AC unit in a timely fashion.
Next Day Air & Heating really sets the standard for customer service and technical expertise, and I’m so glad they could help us restore a comfortable home environment for our family.

Matt was extremely knowledgeable and professional and on time!
Took the time to explain the problem and options to resolve it. Fixed it and thoroughly checked out entire system as well.
Price was a little on the higher end of expectations, but not unreasonable for the prompt and quality service.
