Very clean and beautifully organized store. Sad to say it was also one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Lowe’s. The cashier and the service desk were both rude. There was a mistake with their advertising, but instead of helping resolve it, we were treated as if we were trying to trick them.
The customer service representative even told us they had nothing to do with online promotions because they are “always messing things up,” which was frustrating to hear.
We drove to this location specifically because they were the only store that had the soil we needed, but only half the quantity for the same price. That was disappointing, but the attitude we received made the interaction feel unnecessarily unpleasant.
Update: The issue was eventually resolved by a manager over the phone and we drove back from the town over to pick up. (So I added another couple stars)
