Great outdoor plants

We stopped by today for firewood for our fireplace and took home the pressed logs.

I only shop the Garden area! Nice plants! Good price!

Kim and John gave me fantastic service and advice. incredibly helpful.

They have what you need for your garden at good prices, but the difference is the service... It is great 👍 and with a smile 😃

Great selection and better prices than the other guy, plus (best of all) readily available people to help.

Excellent selection, fair prices, and I didn't see a single pest inside or outside. Employees were clearly busy, but everyone took time to say hi and see if I needed help. This place is always nice.

Very clean and beautifully organized store. Sad to say it was also one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Lowe’s. The cashier and the service desk were both rude. There was a mistake with their advertising, but instead of helping resolve it, we were treated as if we were trying to trick them.

The customer service representative even told us they had nothing to do with online promotions because they are “always messing things up,” which was frustrating to hear.

We drove to this location specifically because they were the only store that had the soil we needed, but only half the quantity for the same price. That was disappointing, but the attitude we received made the interaction feel unnecessarily unpleasant.

Update: The issue was eventually resolved by a manager over the phone and we drove back from the town over to pick up. (So I added another couple stars)

Great selection in the garden department and help is available.
It is my go to store whenever I need plants, planters, soil, etc.

I love Lowe's it's close to home and the garden center is big. There's usually always somebody around to help you out no matter what Isle you're in. They also give 10% off for veterans you just have to sign up online.
