Our washing machine stopped working in the middle of the wash cycle. It simply wouldn’t turn anymore. I called the appliance repair company and requested that they send one of their technicians to assist. The repairman arrived quickly, and he handled the concern efficiently and at a highly affordable fee.

This is some sort of repair service broker. Called them and they ended up sending a technician all the way from Canoga Park. Thought I was using a local company that's why I called this business. The tech arrived a couple of hours later to inspect my dryer. All he did was spin the drum of my dryer and said I needed a new motor. Like that's it? No thorough inspection of anything else? He then said he couldn't get a replacement motor until sometime next week and that he would call me when it was available. Bruh, I need this dryer fixed ASAP. There wasn't any urgency whatsoever. Ended paying the $75.00 diagnostic fee and calling another local company that arrived within the hour and replaced the rear thermal fuse. That was it! Bada-bing bada-boom!

In the middle of a self repair on a dryer and needed a part, they had it cheaper that on line (not even including shipping). Then asked me what was going on and what other items to look at to make sure something else wasn't wrong. At no time did they try to sell me a service call. They provided excellent advice along with quick service. I will be back. Thanks

I have used Ripley's appliance for 15 years. They are honest, and great at what they do. I have 12 rentals and I only use Ripley's. They usually can fit me, even on their busiest days. Scott and Drew are wonderful repair technicians.

Great local appliance repair outfit. I needed a thermal fuse for my clothes dryer and they sure enough had one. I could have ordered the item online and paid less, but I'll generally pay a little more to keep my dollars local. Of equal importance to me, there was the instant gratification of getting the item in my grubby little hands at the moment payment was made. No school like old school, I believe I have heard someone say. So, yeah.........

The tech who came to repair the freezer was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a minor part issue with a backorder, but he tried to straighten our our seal as a temporary fix while we waited for the part. When the part finally came in he was back out to put it in and all is well now. This is a great company to work with.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly someone was able to come out. The service call was for my side by side fridge. The freezer side was too cold but the fridge side was too warm. Our technician Drew was courteous, professional, and quickly able to diagnose the problem. I would definitely recommend Ripley's to anyone who needed help.

If I could give Ripley's 10 stars, I would! I woke up to a warm S×S freezer and fridge this morning and immediately started Googling appliance repair shops near me. I noticed that Ripley's was right down the street from me and decided to try them out first, hoping for an appointment sooner than later. Kaelin (Super SWEETIE), the receptionist, answered my call and took down some info before letting me know they could get me in TODAY! Not even an hour later, Mr. Scott Ripley called to let me know they were on the way. It was so quick, I didn't have time to clean out the freezer to make it look like I keep it spotless all the time!😬 Despite my unkempt freezer, Mr. Scott and Mr. Jesse were able to locate the issue within 5 MINUTES! They helped me unload everything (yikes) and got right to work! Didn't even take 30 minutes. They were about to help me reload everything, but I decided now would be the best time to clean the freezer. Mr. Scott turned the appliance off for me and showed me how to properly turn it back on, when I finished! Mr. Ripley is a WONDERFUL Man, with a sweet and humorous spirit❤and Jesse was AMAZING, as well! I will use this company for ALL my appliance needs, they truly superceded my expectations, and the pricing was super honest and fair! Don't waste your time and money, y'all! Recently had our dryer belt break. Called Ripley's and they had the belt in stock. When I stopped in to pick it up the next day one of their Techs, sorry I did not get his name, walked in and took the time to explain the correct process and basically showed me how to do the repair. I was able to install the replacement belt exactly as he described it to me. All total it took my wife and I about 30-40 minutes. BIG Thanks to Ripley's Appliance Repair for making this repair easy and effortless. Highly recommend them for your Appliance repair needs.
