Ashley , Angie, Stacy at the Covina store were helpful, courteous,and patient. They took the time to fulfill our delivery order, check inventory, and set up delivery dates.

It's well organized and find what I need the majority of the time, but ordered laminate flooring, received only the underlay and had the flooring cancelled on us. Not good for business. Had installer coming this coming weekend and had to reschedule for later date. Very inconvenient. Not happy.
