This company is amazing! They do high quality work in a very timely manner! Their prices are very affordable. We are super happy with the results. After going with Juan and John we won’t ever do our own carpets again! The rooms even smell amazing! I didn’t get a before and after on the mattress but let me tell you! It’s a huge difference! Thank you guys!!!

This company is great! I had the carpets cleaned in two rooms and they look like new! Mike and Juan we so courteous and professional I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am for the exceptional job! They even went out of their way to fix a leaky faucet ! What cleaning company does that? Highly recommended

Very nice honest and quality work ! I was given a ridiculous price on a previous bid with another company and these guys were so trustworthy and gave a great price ! Couches and carpet looked brand new after they finished! They were fast too ! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed 😊

My BF called for a price this morning in La Verne and it was very reasonable. Arriving they talked about what we wanted and a few areas were added and the price went up , but more services were done while on site. Great job, good service, will start using regularly! John and Juan 👍🏼

John and Juan did such an amazing job my stairs were so dirty especially coming from the garage they got it very well cleaned and looking like new for sure can tell the difference, also a reasonable price considering how many stairs there was thank you would definitely recommend to anyone to use them!!!

If I could give this company over 5 stars, I would! Hands down, the best carpet care business around. We went to several other companies in Northeast LA and most were total swindlers who wanted to negotiate prices and would not give quotes upfront for the costs of cleaning area rugs. Jeff of JR Carpet Care gave us clear estimates upfront and provided fantastic service. His prices are extremely reasonable and our rugs look, feel and smell fantastic after he cleans them. On top of all of this, he is extremely nice. I would highly recommend JR to anybody who has dirty carpets, furniture or area rugs.

Briteworks was doing a fabulous job in the beginning until they lost their touch at the very end of the canceled contract. Briteworks is being replaced at my company due to their employees being on their phones rather than doing the job they were supposed to do.

To the driver driving South on Grand in Covina 5/19/23 in a truck glued to his phone. You represent your company well. Thank you for having no awareness and blocking me in the parking lot instead of leaving space to get out. I really enjoyed waiting an entire light cycle, on a busy street, to make a left i would have had clearance to if you had not blocked the lot entrance/exit based on your lack of skills (and again awareness). I’m sure these habits creep into whatever job you’re on.

I have a membership to Briteworks, everytime I go, maybe once every couple weeks they throw that giant brush across my hood without power washing it first and well…this is what happens when you don’t power wash the dirt off and scrub all over the stinking car instead. I want my money back.
