I was very impressed with the how prompt Ace Plumbing was able to schedule the visit and how professional Alan was to provide the necessary details and recommendations for the work to be performed. Unfortunately, I haven’t committed to the service repair since my home warranty is still processing approvals for me to proceed with the work. If you need a company that is responsive and knowledgeable techs, please give them a call and ask for Alan to be your tech.

Absolutely AMAZING service! Angel and Axel went well above and beyond to locate the source of our leak and had it repaired the same day. We have had numerous plumbers out here for the same issue and none did even a fraction of what Angel and Axel did. Everything was put back, cleaned, and working better than ever before. The technician had some minor issues with my Home Depot bathroom sink faucet installation. But it was quickly resolved with the help of a 2nd technician. The technician had to return a 2nd time to resecure the hot and cold faucets and replace one feed line at no cost to me. In summary, the technician and the company were very accommodating and very professional. I would like to thank Mr. Dan Juarez (General Manager) for his help in resolving the installation issue concerning the faucet and making a policy adjustment on my repair invoice. Thank You, E. Yee
