Knowledgeable staff and very well stocked. Centrally located in the center of crestline very rarely do I need to go somewhere else to pick up material.

I own a business. We are on vacation and needed to switch out 2 propane tanks. We were 5 min off the clock to closing due to a busy street and the lady said she can't help us. I'm sorry but if it was 5 min after closing and my customer stood there I'd try to leave a better image. Right now I feel like I don't want to give them any if my hard earned money!!;

Great place for SOIL, plants, tools, bird food, outdoor activities, and more. Great coupon deals too if you're an avid gardener. The staff has always been well informed of gardening practices and advice for us. Great place.

In love with this place...a very rare ace hardware that has that local feel...They have a huge selection of plants...bought a giant kale...affordable prices as well

Alex and his crew did a great job taking down a ~70 ft dead pine tree in our backyard. They were done in just a few hours. And Luis came by the next day and gave us valuable advice about maintaining the rest of our native trees. I am planning to use them again in the near future

My husband and I had a huge ponderosa tree that we were concerned about because it had a hole in it about 50 feet up and damage from a previous lightening strike. Luis and Alex came by to assess it and told us there was definite signs of rot despite the fact that the tree looked perfectly healthy on the outside.

We decided to have them remove the tree for our safety and the safety of our neighbors. Turns out the lightning strike had created a hole near the top that was allowing water to get inside the tree and rot away and it was hollow in many parts. It was definitely a dangerous tree and probably would not have made it through another big storm.

We are very grateful to Luis and Alex and their team for getting this tree down in a timely manner and for letting us keep a good amount of wood that we were able to distribute around to our neighbors for next winter.

10/10 would recommend.

Had a great experience with this company so I am writing this review to make sure they get the rep that is deserved. We called a ton of tree service companies in Crestline and unfortunately they could not help us diagnose our tree and tell us why it was dying. Heights has a certified arborist running things and was super knowledgeable from the start educating us on why things where happening and how we could prevent issues with our other trees. Although scheduling was a little tough because these folks obviously have a ton of business to perform, they were super responsive and that put me at ease. Overall very satisfied with the tree removal and pesticide work that was performed and will be calling back when the next tree related need arises. Thank you Heights Tree Services!!

They gave me an estimate and when it came time to do the work they wanted a lot more for the job. A complete waste of time and would not honor an estimate price. Not very professional. Would not recommend.

These guys were great. The last storm caused a 30 ft tree to destabilize and lean toward our neighbor’s power lines. Francisco and his crewman came out the same day and took care of it. Super nice, knowledgeable, honest, and down to business. Francisco’s son came out as well, turns out this is a 3rd generation family trade. Francisco knows trees and you can tell, but he’s friendly and warm — not pretentious about it.
