Reviews of local pros in Cudahy, California

Super friendly and efficient with scheduling. Excellent communicators. Would use them again in a second!

Excellent meeting with Victor. Everything was explained to me and I am looking forward to having the work done.

I called them late at night and they responded so quickly. They didn’t just quote me a starting rate they asked for pictures and gave me the quote, not everyone does this! Aside from the exceptional job that they left they ensured I saw how everything was left. I have worked with a few agencies that do bio hazard clean up and this is by far the best and who have reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again!

I never knew that this type of a company existed. I have a power of attorney over my friend who is unable to return home. I call 911 Bio Clean, Inc. Victor was absolutely amazing!!!
There are other companies I received quotes from but I'm really glad that I went with this company. I highly recommend 911 Bio Clean, Inc.

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Super professional, efficient, hard working crew and as an added bonus, the owner Victor is tech savvy which makes the communication experience and text interface seamless. My invoices, photos and video progress were all in one place. 10/10 recommend.

victor and his team were immensely patient, thoughtful and compassionate to work with and i can't recommend them enough. if you're looking for a local small family business to support with household junk removal needs, who'll deftly handle any level of biohazard cleanup with care, consent and kindness, look no further.

From start to finish Victor and his team were great to work with. I had a few questions on the extent of the cleaning because the extent of the cleanup needed was more than a deep cleaning from a 'normal' cleaning service. But their work exceeded expectations and they were in and out in an hour and a half and it was exactly what we needed. Thank you again!

Victor and his team at 911BioClean did an amazing job at my mom’s house. They are very professional and full of kindness. Victor communicated with me every step of the way during the entire process. I would highly recommend them!! Thank you Victor I truly appreciate you!

Had a great experience with 911 Bio Clean , with the clean up project for my parents house . Process was smooth and service was amazing !!! Great family operated buisness! Highly recommend with spring here and summer coming getting the house ready for gatherings !! They speak Spanish as well ! Thank you Victor for you excellent customer service !

The two men who came were very professional and knowledgeable. They did an assessment of what needed to be removed and any cleaning, provided a quote on the spot. After I authorized the work, they completed the job in less than a hour and were taking the contaminated material to a biohazard disposal site.
Great job!

I highly recommend this company. I called them out to my house to do some water damage . You won’t be disappointed thanks again for getting me and my family back in our house I will definitely recommend you to family and friends

I was extremely sick and 911 BIO CLEAN came out and completely cleaned my master bathroom..I had the novovirus highly contagious and this crew was very knowledgeable and professional and took care of me the same day !! Thank you so much I'm grateful to this great crew !!

I was very selective about what cleaning company I would use because in addition to needing a company to provide quality service for a major cleaning, it was important that the staff was kind, sensitive and compassionate. Victor and his team went above and beyond what I even hoped for! They took the time to explain what the process was, were thorough with their cleaning, and prioritizing safety and comfort. Thank you SO much!! I would trust Victor and his team to do a great job with any major cleaning need!!

This company is simply excellent. Their sensitivity and calm demeanor made a very trying situation much more bearable. Plus their work ethic is without compare. I can unhesitatingly recommend them after my own really uplifting experience.

The team was amazing. They worked really hard, were respectful of the stuff we were keeping, and even cleaned all the little nicknacks that we were keeping. I cannot thank 911Bio enough!!! You guys rock!!!

When we had a sewage spill at our property, it was an overwhelming and stressful situation. Thankfully, 911 bio clean inc came to the rescue. They responded quickly, which immediately eased our worries. The team was not only professional but also compassionate, understanding how unsettling the situation was for us. They were incredibly thorough in the decontamination process, ensuring that every area affected was taken care of and that our home was safe for our family again. I can't recommend 911 Bio Clean enough for anyone facing a similar situation.

Great Service! My garage had been a rodent hotel for ages and this crew did a masterful job cleaning up EVERYTHING. Upbeat, courteous staff -- great work!!!!!

If I could give Victor and 911 Bio Clean 100 stars that still wouldn’t be sufficient in rating how incredible this company and staff are. My husband and I were recently presented with a profoundly shocking and dire hoarding situation with some elderly family members that left us shaken and overwhelmed. We were tasked with resolving this situation and knew we couldn’t even begin to tackle this ourselves. This was not a standard house keeping or cleaning that was needed, but a biohazard requiring next level professionals, decontamination, declutterring and disinfection. We found 911 Bioclean when researching companies online, and Victor responded to our urgency by taking time away from a family commitment to evaluate the home. He gave us an honest assessment and a fair quote. A big plus was that they offer financing, without which we would not have been able to take on this unexpected expense. We were working on a timeline and he made it happen as quickly as he could, which was more than I’d hoped for. 911 Bio clean is a family business. So organized, professional and efficient but also the nicest, hardest working people you’d ever want to meet. They were truly compassionate, supportive and sensitive to the emotional component of a situation like this. They worked nonstop and truly performed a miracle in transforming this home. I cannot say enough good things or thank them enough for all they did for us. I highly recommend them!

Victor and his team delivered more than he promised. He was very detailed in his explanation of the cleaning and sanitizing process. He and his team arrived on time, delivered what he promised and then some. My garage is now free from rodent droppings, sanitized, and neater and more organized now than before. They did a 5+ Star job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs his services. Thanks Victor!

Victor was really professional and helpful. He made my family feel like our situation was able to be taken care of. From the initial intake call to all of the information and flexibility his company offers it is worth it.

I called 911 Bio Clean to handle an attic cleanup for me we had a previous rat infestation and my Air conditioning company refuse to do any work until it was safe. I’m beyond happy with the service provided From the moment they arrived, it was clear they take their work seriously. The team was not only professional but also kind and respectful, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They did an amazing job, leaving my attic clear of rats feces and better than I ever imagined. It’s rare to find a service that combines such high standards with great care for their customers. I highly recommend 911 Bio Clean!
