Molly Maid's from Playa Vista/ Culver City - they are the best. The ladies show up. They clean. They work hard. No complaints. Always super pleasant. And the house looks great. The front office helps you and are always professional.

I have rarely had such a service.The real meaning of “customer service”.The owners are present in their business and one can tell!Hope that doesn’t change with time….

Two ladies arrived exactly at the start of the estimated window they gave me. They were friendly and worked diligently. I was given a window of how long the service might take, and they were done at the lower end of that estimate. I recommend and will definitely be using them again!

The ladies arrived with equipment, great smiles, and personality, and took a tour of the house, and asked if there was anything that needed special attention. Very courteous, professional, eager to do a Great Job. 👍 Which they did. I would highly recommend Molly Maid of Playa Vista....

It was the first time I had to use their service she was very professional, I ended up having to rush out to do some other business and I left him a key and I came back and they have done a beautiful job and we’re still there working and they took really good care of my dogs while they were doing it. I had used a different Molly maid service up north of San Francisco and I was like them these women were top notch.. I mean I came back and they were working hard

Very happy with the cleaning service we had! We had a 2 hour clean and it's the first time using Molly Maid of Playa Vista. They were able to deep clean two bathrooms, a master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Staff are professional and on time. We'll be using this service again :)

They were very communicative. I had scheduled for Monday but there cleaners got sick. They told me first thing Sunday and put me on the top of there waiting list for Monday and Tuesday. I had a Tuesday night deadline since my roommate was coming home from holiday. They kept me in the loop and fit me in on Tuesday. Tuesday they came and cleaned the house in about an hour. It’s a smallish house. They were very professional. I would use them again.

Excellent service and results. I called for a move out cleaning and needed same day service. They were able to get people to my house within an hour and the apartment was spotless when they finished. The representative was really helpful and worked with me to get the service I needed in a very tight time frame. I would highly recommend them!

I have been using Molly Maid since 2020 and Irene and Angeles are the best cleaning duo I have ever had. Our condo looks immaculate after they finish because they always go above and beyond with the quality of cleaning they do and they always come with a positive attitude. Our dogs also look forward to seeing them when they come and they always jump and dance at the door when they arrive.

The results didn’t match my expectations based on how professional the customer service representatives were on the phone. I called a few times and spoke with different people and each of them was professional, courteous and very responsive. The women who cleaned my vacant rental house (after it had been painted) were nice. But it seems they rushed through and I was left to scrub an obvious sticky spot on the hardwood floors and wipe the dust off the fan-light. They charge a 3 hour minimum but the cleaners were only there for two hours. Surely they could’ve been more attentive given they had an additional hour left on the clock. I would probably hire this company again for the peace of mind that I’m dealing with a licensed, bonded and insured professional company. However, I would do a thorough walkthrough inspection BEFORE I let the cleaners leave.

I have come across some hard family issues with our cat. House work became a low priority. That was until the day I realized how much dust and stale energy collected. I called Molly Maid the service was friendly and prompt. I felt like I got my money's worth alongside a feeling of some self-care. True, I could not clean the house myself. Not this week or last. However, I found people that came over and gave me a personal touch. Thank you.

Excellent service for price point. I called to set up appointment and Owner called me personally. Cleaning crew was fast, efficient and did not miss anything. I did not even recognize my living space it was so sparkling clean!!! I highly recommend!!!

Molly Maids are on time, bring everything they need, and clean with precision. I have a cat and they clean up any hair kitty leaves behind. And the owner and staff always check in before and after your service.

I was able to book my appointment online which is always a win for me. I had 2 women come and they did a very good job cleaning my apartment. I did have to leave before they finished and I returned home to a clean and fresh smelling home. I will definitely be booking them again.

The Molly Maids team was fantastic today!! They were friendly and extremely thorough in their cleaning of the apartment. Carpets look almost brand-new and the bathroom sparkles!! Could not recommend them enough, thank you for your help!!

Team eight from Molly Maids did an exceptional job on my house today. They clean places I didn’t even know needed to be cleaned. The place was spotless when I got home from work the floors were so clean if I were so inclined I could’ve eaten off of them
Lol. Special attention was taken to my hardwood floors as well as the tile in the dining room, kitchen and laundry room. They even clean the fan blades of my overhead fans kitchen cabinets microwave my stove looks brand new now it’s so clean.. I am looking forward to the team coming back next week to clean my house again.
