Unfortunately took a large deposit for work that was never performed. Has agreed in writing multiple times to pay that money back; however, he has missed multiple payment dates. For a “high end” contractor and landscape architect - you do not get what you pay for. He openly admitted to using the money for other clients. Buyer beware - go elsewhere.

We live on a hillside that was nothing but dirt and weeds when we purchased the property. We hoped of making it a space that we could enjoy with friends and a place for us to garden, but the steep slope was intimidating. Greg Davis was recommended by a neighbor because he had experience with our type of hillside. It was a wonderfully creative and collaborative experience working with his team, and the end-product is extraordinary. Even more impressive, is the way Greg Davis has continued to stand by his work. Our project was completed a year ago, yet he and his team are still extremely responsive when we have a problem. It's very clear to us that creating outside living spaces is a passion for him and he takes pride in making that happen for his clients.

We used Gregory Davis & Associate for a major landscaping and hardscaping remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, creative, and truly went above and beyond.

They brought innovative ideas to the table, helping us transform underutilized spaces into functional, beautiful areas. They made the decision making process so easy - even narrowing down color choices to 3 for us based on our home’s exterior. They recommended tiles that I was skeptical of at first but I trusted them and after the tile was installed, it became one of my favorite additions to the project!

The entire crew was friendly, respectful, and hardworking, ensuring everything was done with care. We also appreciated the personalized attention from both the owner and staff, making us feel valued throughout the project.

If you're looking for a team that combines expertise, creativity, and top-notch customer service, we highly recommend them!

Communication and customer service at this location needs a lot of work, but the company seems committed to improve which is a good sign and they have good leadership in HQ overseeing improvements.

A very unusual hillside property with plant-filled terraces and dramatic views. One of the most enjoyable shopping experiences anywhere.

I love this place and their staff. Totally disrespectful for people to jump online and leave a nasty review before going back to the store if they experience a quality issue. Keep up the amazing job Rolling Greens!

I love(d) going here. It’s amazing and tranquil…unfortunately my last visit a few weeks ago left me with one succulent infested with mealy bugs & another with a fungus that caused all the leaves/petals to drop off within days.

Luckily I quarantine new plants, but I was very VERY disappointed that 2 of 8 had issues, and those issues could have spread to my other plants.

The one that had mold is gone. The other with mealybugs is still in quarantine & I might have to toss it to save my others.

Not what anyone wants when excited to have new plants. Very disappointed, but not coming back to argue it. We just won’t be back.

Such a beautiful place to wander around for a few hours. Lovely selection of indoor and outdoor plants, especially orchids, ferns, Peperomias, and Anthuriums when we went. Incredible selection of planters and beautiful, stylish settings to enjoy. Very inspiring! Reasonable prices as well.

This place is a joke. Everyone that works there has absolutely no knowledge of plants whatsoever. It's full of enough people you'd think someone would have a bit of knowledge, not the case here, just full of a bunch of water boys. Plants are nice a little on the pricey side, but the staff is absolute trash

This used to be our favorite place to shop for plants. We’ve made dozens of purchases here over the years and we always looked forward to coming to Rolling Greens.
But that was all ruined today by one interaction with the assistant manager, Frank.

We came a few days ago hoping to find a flowering plant that would thrive in full sun. We liked some violets and an employee told us they should do well in full sun so we bought six. We took them home and put them outside close to where they would be planted. We watered them thoroughly but they quickly drooped. It was clear that this wasn’t a good spot for them so we decided to return them.

RG’s return policy says that plants need to be returned within 14 days in their original packaging so we didn’t expect to have issues with the return. But Frank, the assistant manager, immediately berated us. He told us that we didn’t water the plants (we did) and said it was obvious that they would die because they were still in the original packaging (which is required by the return policy). Frank was completely condescending and abrasive. Then he made a big show of throwing the plants in the garbage in a huff of anger. If we were unable to return the plants due to store policy, we could deal with that. But Frank treated us with so much disrespect and vitriol that all of our love for Rolling Greens was immediately eradicated. It’s a terrible feeling.

Vast and high end selection. One of the best places on the west side to find pots that I have found. Been coming here for years, but wanted to write a review to praise the great customer service provided by Rafaela as she really went out of her way to help me when I had an issue with one of my purchases. Highly recommended. Also thanks to Arturo in the greenhouse who also provided a lot of info for me.

If you’re searching for big specimen, houseplants, and planters I don’t think ther is better place in LA. The assortment is huge, the inventory is in beautiful condition, you have plenty to choose from in all sizes and price ranges. The help is really knowledgeable and the front desk is a pleasure to work with. The pricing whole not cheap is likely better than other stores.
