Second time using this company. Office returned call on Labor Day. George was on time, professional and highly competent. Will be replacing kitchen faucet next and will be using them a third time. Requesting George if possible. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

Water heater went out, and was able to get someone to come take a look within a few hours. When I decided to replace it and go tankless instead of repairing the old one, they were out the next day and had it installed in no time. Great, prompt service as always!

I had a Bidet put into each bathroom (2 in total). They were all my parts. The plumber literally just installed them. He got the first one done and as he was walking over to do the second one he says "Oh I forgot to tell you it will be $165." I told him ok that is fine. He did the other one and when he's about to leave he then asks for $330. I paid because he had already done the work but had I known that was going to be that price I would have looked elsewhere. My boyfriend also heard him quote $165. This is entirely too much for under an hour worth of work. Especially when he isn't even supplying ANY extra parts. Definitely never using these guys again. They are very highly rated but any service that isn't forthright about their pricing seems pretty dodgy to me. I feel like I was scammed.
