These guys are the best. I had another plumbing company come prior to them and didn't know how to fix the issue. The technician from Ray Bloom knew right away how to fix it, did it quickly and was super nice/professional. Highly recommend! Glad they were recommended to me.

Trent from Ray Blom was the only company in LA I could find that would work on my 11 year old hot water heater. They carry parts for older heaters and he came out on New Years Eve to repair my heater. He called before coming to let me know his timing and charged me a fair price. Wad determined to fix my heater before my guests arrived. Would absolutely use again.

I had a very positive and honest experience with Ray Blom Plumbing. We had a hot water heater burner that wasn't working. My elderly father-in-law needed to shower in his bathroom and the warranty company (not Ray Blom) wasn't sending the part fast enough. Ray Blom was the warranty plumber and after I asked, they said they would do an immediate replacement with a burner they had in stock if I would return the replacement (new) burner to them. They held my check for the burner until I returned it. When I returned the burner, they gave me my check back. They were good and honest. It was also very pleasant dealing with them on a client/plumber basis. I'm very happy with them.

I had wanted to use this business but they have a really big issue returning phone calls. I have left numerous messages to no avail. The one time I was able to connect with a live person, the "female" on the other end said a plumber would call me back within 15 minutes. Days passed and I called back, left message. Days passed I called back and left a message. Now I am done. Not sure how they got their 5 star rating but I certainly cannot validate any stars, but that option is not available.

We needed a brand new garbage disposal repair. After our garbage disposal stopped working we knew that we needed to call a professional plumber to come assist us. After calling and speaking with Pete on the phone we were able to get one of the plumbers out the next day to fix and replace our garbage disposal. It's never fun when you have to use a plumber to get things fixed but we're very happy with the result everything is working great now. So we figured the least we could do was leave this review.

After our toilet started backing up we realized that we were going to need a plumber to come take a look at our issues. We called Shaver Plumbing And Heating turns out we had some major clogs I needed the plumbers to use what is called a hydro jet to fix our Claude issues. The plumbers that came out were very professional and we appreciate all the work that they did.

We have used Riordan several times and never been disappointed.

Sadly, Riordan has been closed for several months. The message left on the phone is that the company is restructuring. Usually means the passing of an owner. They were referring all calls to other plumbing companies back in May. I still hope that they may reopen but it seems unlikely since they would have had to lay off the entire staff.

I have used Jon Riordan Pumbing many times, from clogged toilets to sink drains. They are just wonderful. Reliable, quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. They will never try to upsell you like a certain other plumber whose name is the same as a gemstone. Highly recommend.

John Riordan and everyone who has come to my home has been excellent! They have always been professional, knowledgeable, accurate, neat and polite. I recommend them all the time. The office staff (Debbie, etc)answering the phones and dispatching and setting the appointments are great. They come when they say they are coming!

Lincoln Industries was referred to us by a friend. Their team came through twice within a few months to fix a plumbing issue and to install a new toilet. They diagnosed our leak that went into the kitchen, as well as the toilet flange issue that wasn’t installed properly from the builders. They are quick to respond and resolve. Every team member I encountered was professional, dependable and reliable!

Lincoln Industries is my go-to plumber. Recently my shower valve was leaking and Juan was able to quickly figure out what cartridge model and sealant to order that would be compatible with the existing valve body. The parts came the next day and Chris arrived promptly to install the new cartridge without having to turn off the water to the whole condo saving me a lot of time and money. Every plumbing job I have for Lincoln industries-they’ve shown me how good they are at troubleshooting, communicating to me how they will repair it and then getting the job done in a very timely manner. Overall just very competent, reliable and professional.

These guys are great. Showed up the same day I called and unclogged two stopped up sinks, figured out the pop-up drains were corroded from age, told me the brand would replace them for free and ordered new ones for me. Both Juan and Chris were very nice, quick and knowledgeable.
