Excellent service and desire to satisfy the customer’s needs. We were amazed and delighted to witness our 24 year old refrigerator get a new life.

I highly recommend SmartNest. He's reliable, does a great job, for a reasonable price. So glad I was able to find him

They are quick, flexible, courteous & honest. We just found them through an internet search but would definitely use them again.

Responded to service call and came as scheduled. Once defected parts were ordered the serviceman called and came as scheduled. This is unique for any home service and they were respectful of the home owner.

Firuz (Frank) was great. Professional, responsive and available on short notice!

They came out the same day, were careful and respectful of the house finishes, had the right part with them, and finished the repair quickly. Excellent.

Frank was professional and understanding when I told him that I had to canceled the appt. & didn’t know Thumbtack cancellation would cost them a fee. Definitely would call on him in the future without going through Thumbtack.

Excellent communicated work on repairing the dryer. I would hire them again!

Great experience working with Frank on multiple projects like replacing Food waste disposal system, replacing Air switch for the disposal.

Experienced person and knows his craft well.
Thank you Frank!

My clothes dryer stopped heating recently. Frank quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with the part repair needed. Frank was knowledgeable and explained the problem well.

This guys are really professional and reliable! Previously other company tech came charge me for service call fee and unable to fix it saying it’s too old and part is not available. This guys are responsible and pro, my double oven was fixed in a few hours. Will definitely use them again. Thank you so much

Few days ago my 10 years old dryer stopped working, I thought of buying a new set but a friend recommended that I first try Smartnest services
So I thought of giving it a try, I called them and next day they came checked the dryer, he cleaned it thoroughly, it looks like new, imagine it was not cleaned for 10 years. :)
Then he had to order some parts.
After 3 days he came back and fixed it. Now it’s running perfectly.
Excellent service very professional and friendly. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

We had a very bad odor dishwasher in our rental place. Home Appliance Repair came and cleaned the filter and explained the whole process on how dishwasher works. He also suggested ways to improve the cleanliness inside dishwashers which we often take for granted. After removing the gunk from dishwasher (I don't know how many years this was accumulated), I highly recommend everyone I know to at least get their dishwasher cleaned and/or change the filters. Highly professional and recommend the service.

Firuz did an amazing job repairing our dishwasher after it was leaking due to a rat chewing the drainage pipe. He also offers very affordable prices! Highly recommend his services.
