Farnum Inspection Service

Following a career that started in industrial manufacturing and grew into a journeyman level heavy industrial machinist position at a local defense contractor, Perry began his work in the home design, construction and remodeling trade in the early 1990's. After earning his California General Contractors License (B-714336) in 1995 he completed and graduated from the renowned ITA (Inspection Training Associates) home inspector training school in 1997. Perry performed his first home inspection after that and in 1998 he was credentialed as a CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association) Certified Inspector. Twenty five years and over 12,000 inspections later, Perry continues to follow his passion working personally with each of his clients.
