Our water heater went out and United Plumbing was a breeze to deal with - they responded quickly, worked around our schedule, and fixed it fast. We hired United Plumbing to replace our ancient galvanized water supply line, which was leaking after over 75 years. They did a fantastic job the week after Christmas.
They dug up and replaced around 50-60 feet of the main water line between the old shut-off valve and the meter. The main shut-off valve was relocated and replaced, as well as the hose bib valve. To dig, they had to trench 20 inches deep. They also did some basic backfilling.
Tony's crew put in a huge effort and finished the job with copper pipe in just one day of hard work. They worked inside our garage to install a new wall penetration for the main shut-off valve, which was a tricky part of the job. The crew stayed until it was dark (7 PM) finishing up the backfilling and cleanup.
United charged us a very reasonable price and we're glad they got the job done quickly with no surprises or hassle. It's just great work.
