Fair and honest. When the job is done, you will have a smile.

They trimmed our two Ash trees, and our next door neighbor hired them on the spot to trim his front yard tree. They did it the same day.

Koala Tree service is the best in Visalia. They follow up on there work before leaving to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. The workers went above and beyond to meet my request and clean up the mess. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Failed to show up numerous times!!!

Leo and his guys are great and great price, however they have failed to show numerous times. I have used them numerous times because how great of work they do and over the years spent thousands with them. I would give them a 1 or 2 star if their work wasn't so great. They have set me up for a date and time at least 4 times and failed to call or text. I then had to reach out to them and reschedule which they failed to show again. I even paid a teenager to be present when they showed up to let them in the back and they failed to show again. I explained to them I am paying people to be at my house to let them in the back and this happens, bad business. I spend about $1,500 a year on trimming trees and have always gone through them, unfortunately I have to look elsewhere because its costing me $$ and time to keep trying to reschedule.

These guys did a great job trimming my trees and protecting my ground plants, wind chimes and pool. They really worked as a team to get the job done then getting everything cleaned up. They were punctual and pleasant to work with.

Koala tree service trimmed a very large old oak tree that was near power lines. They did a great job and the team had a quick organized method of trimming and clean up. This company provides a fantastic service. Thank you!

Thank you Koala Tree Service you did an excellent job trimming our queen palms. You got back with me same day with a quote and booked my appointment in a timely manner. Your staff was professional hard-working and did a wonderful job with attention to detail and trimming our queen palms, thank you again for your excellent job I will tell friends and family about your tree trimming services.

Koala Tree Service just spent two days trimming our trees, and we were blown away by their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. All six worked together so well and left our yard raked and spotless. We can highly recommend them for any commercial or residential job you may have.

Great experience.... a group of highly experienced individuals. I would difinatley refer them to family and friends. They came in and knocked it out!!

Very pleased with the job done on a tree in front of my home. The crew showed up on time, got right to work. Less than 2 hours to complete the job. They did a great job at cleaning up too. Price was right and I would definitely recommend!

Thank you Koala Tree Service! Leo was so patient with us making the appointment and his team did an amazing job on a monster of a pine tree. They were very professional, had all the necessary equipment and extremely effecient in getting the job done.

I have now used them twice. One job for a non-profit of which I'm the president, involved a four acre plot with about two dozen mature trees on it. Leo and his men worked on about 15 trees from huge oaks to pines and Chinese Pistachios. They also removed a very large silver maple. Koala was very careful to shape the trees in a natural manner (which is very time consuming if done right). The workers were fast and efficient. Koala has top notch equipment that makes it easier to get to hard to reach areas. Luis the foreman was great to work with and honored every request I made and explained what they were doing and why.
I also had Koala come to my house and received the same good and capable service there.
This is one good company with which to do business.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Leo, the owner of Koala Tree Service. He responded quickly and showed genuine concern for my tree issue. I was scheduled promptly, and his friendly crew arrived ready to work. Their professionalism was evident, and I appreciated that Koala Tree Service is licensed and fully insured. I highly recommend them for any tree service needs!

Koala Tree Service did an amazing job pruning my trees. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up everything perfectly. The trees look great and they took extra care to protect my property. Their price was GREAT and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done. I’ll definitely hire them again!
