Victor came out today to look at our oven which was not working. He spent over an hour taking it apart and checking all the connections and power supply. He found a loose connection and was able to fix it and get the oven working again. Brilliant!

I have used Big Guys several times and would highly recommend them.

Maybe the worst service I've ever seen. They scheduled a window to visit. As the end of the window was approaching I called to see if they'd make it and they were very annoyed that I asked, said "the window is the window". Then they showed up 3 hours late.

The technician came on a rainy day and would not take off his shoes. When he got to my leaking dishwasher it became clear he had never attempted any kind of plumbing leak before. He suggested I needed a new hose. He had a hose that fit but said the color did not match so it did not work (yes, he really thought the color of the hose affected function).

Then he left and said he'd order the part and follow up. That never happened, I never heard from them again.

I went to my local hardware store and described my problem. After 5 minutes they diagnosed this as a broken air gap, sold me a $10 part, and I was able to make the repair myself. 6 months later it's still in working order.

Do not use these people. They are beyond incompetent, I would go so far as to call the whole operation a fraud to collect home warranty fees.
