The carpet cleaning of these guys was fantastic. I have kids who were very playful, so different liquids have spilled on our carpet, and some I thought were not removable, but these guys have cleaned and removed it quickly. These guys are very efficient.

I am so thankful to these carpet cleaners for cleaning our carpets. Since I am busy and have no time to watch them, I let them do it. I was amazed when I checked their work when I got home. It was so clean. They are the best carpet cleaner I know.

Hello! I don't usually leave reviews but I do believe in giving credit where it due. I had been looking for a fast, clean and professional Carpet Cleaning company that would not charge an arm and a leg, was professional and timely and was also COVID-19 aware and conscious.

I found all of these things with Queen Carpet and Upholstery in Daly City, California. Period. The estimate I received was lower than some of the biggest competitors and they were able to complete what I believe to be the best possible job in a prompt and effective manner that was ahead of schedule and beyond expectation.

I have recommended Queen Carpet and Upholstery to friends and family...one family member who thought we purchased new carpet after 9 years of owning the house.

I've been using Marilu for 10+ years and across two flats. I trust her immensely. The team is efficient, flexible and accommodating when I have special requests. They also have magic cleaning supplies. I can never replicate the work they do! If you have dogs, please know they are dog lovers. If you work from home, please know they are unobtrusive as can be. If you have special life circumstances, Marilu has the biggest heart, too. She's just a gem and I want the best for her women-owned/ women-run business.

I contacted Marilu when my family and I arrived to an apartment that was supposed to have been cleaned by another company before we moved in. The bathrooms, floors, and kitchen were especially in bad condition. Marilu responded the same evening and sent two fantastic employees the very next morning so that it'd be clean before my movers arrived. They worked quickly and efficiently and made the apartment look and smell so much better! I will definitely be scheduling regular cleanings with Marilu's team because not only is the pricing very reasonable, the communication and quality of service is just fantastic. Marilu's team does an incredibly job every time. My favorite day of the week is when they come to clean! They're friendly, quick but incredibly thorough. They don't cut any corners and the house is always sparkling when they leave. They're also very open to feedback. After a few cleaning appointments I asked them to please be sure they're putting things back where they were after cleaning a room and the next time they did an excellent job with this. They've been cleaning my home for a little more than 2 years and I look forward to many more!

I hired Marilu’s team to deep clean my apartment. They did absolutely amazing. Not only that, but after I paid, the two cleaners told Marilu my apartment wasn’t too messy to begin with and she sent me back some money! Amazing. I had already paid, she could’ve easily not done that. Very honest and hardworking, I look forward to hiring again.
